There was a stain on my seat. It didn't look clean. Other than that, the bus was new and comfortable. The staff working was friendly and concerned.

Bus starting point in Ankara
The complex is excellent and serviced with all public facilities and inside there is a mosque, pharmacy and restaurants with good service which is much better than the center of Istanbul.

It is a disgraceful company. The bus seat distance is very, very narrow. If you are traveling at night, it is highly likely that they will forget you in the resting facility. They are not aware that they are carrying people.
