I had been experiencing back and arm pain and numbness in the fingers for a while with the complaint of neck hernia. I wanted to try manual therapy upon the doctor's suggestion of surgery for the pain that did not go away even though I received physical therapy and medication. When I came to Mehmet teacher, there was unbearable pain and limitation of movement. When I was wondering how much this pain can be, I started to feel the difference from the first session and it almost completely disappeared in the second month. It's been 1.5 months since my last therapy and I haven't had any problems yet. Ft. Mehmet Şen and Fzt. Esin Catakkaya, I'm glad I got to know you. All this time I endured pain in vain.
