★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 Kasım 2021 gece 23:00 Mersin Antalya arası bilet aldım.Yol üstünde bir opette binecektim.Saatinde gittim bekledim ne otobüs var ne bir arama .Artık otobüsü otogarı merkez şubeyi aradık otobüs adana ceyhanda olduğunu söyledi yolda kaza varmış saat 02:00 bulunduğum yerde olacakmış soğukta bekledik Bilet iptal ettirmek için aradık merkezi arayın dediler merkezi aradık sistem çöktü dediler.ne yolculuk yapabildik nede bilet iade alabildim.Hic böyle bir şey başımıza gelmedi.Gece yarışı evinize geri döndük paramızda gitti kendimizde rezil olduk.
I bought a ticket between Mersin and Antalya on 12 November 2021 at 23:00. I was going to get on an opette on the road. I went on time, I waited, there was no bus, no call. Now we called the bus station central branch, the bus said that it was in Ceyhan, there was an accident on the road at 02:00. We waited in the cold. We called to cancel the tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bilet rezervasyonu için aradığımda kedimin olduğunu söyledim sorun olmaz dediler otobüse binerken de kediyi alamayız yasak dediler. öncelikle yasak değil ve bu şekilde mağdur edildiğim için ÇOK KÖTÜÜÜ!!!!!!! bir daha asla bu firma ile seyahat etmeyeceğim. 1 puanı bile haketmiyorsunuz.!!!!!!!
When I called for ticket reservation, I said that I have a cat, they said it's okay, they said it's forbidden to take the cat while getting on the bus. first of all it's not banned and it's VERY BAD for being victimized in this way!!!!!!! I will never travel with this company again. You don't deserve even 1 point.!!!!!!!

Doğubeyazıt'tan bilet aldık. Adamlar son dakika bize haber veriyor; diyorlar ki yok efendim biz oraya gelemeyiz, siz Ağrı'ya gelin biz oraya gelemiyoruz..... Anlayacağınız beş para etmez bir firma. Allah'tan bileti Bİletall'dan almıştık.Onları arayınca firma bizi arayıp :
Efendim araç Doğubeyazıt'a aracımız hemen geliyor. Falan filan.

A strange company indeed.
We bought tickets from Doğubeyazıt. The men inform us at the last minute; they say no sir, we can't go there, you come to Ağrı, we can't go there..... As you can see, it is a worthless company. Thank God we bought the ticket from BIletall. When we called them, the company called us and said:
Sir, our vehicle is coming to Doğubeyazıt immediately. BLA bla.
Note: (I am not saying the brazenness of the man who cut the ticket of the company)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyşehir Burdur yolculuğu yaptım hayatımda böyle rezil bir firma görmedim bilet 45 tl olmasına rağmen 60 tl cekti buna ek olarak 7 de olan otobüs saatim 8 buçukta geldi bu da yetmez gibi Ispartada Öz Diyarbakır aracına aktardılar yolcuları. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum rezil bir firma.
I made a trip to Beyşehir Burdur, I have never seen such a disgraceful company in my life, although the ticket was 45 TL, it would be 60 TL. In addition, my bus time at 7 came at half past 8, as this was not enough, they transferred the passengers to the Öz Diyarbakır vehicle in Isparta. I definitely do not recommend it, a disgraceful company.
