Titanic Deluxe Bodrum

Thank you to support in suing the fraudulent call center. Our expectation is that customers are better secured from fraud and if a fraud happens that you don‘t get treated as a frauder yourself. There was very little understanding from the staff at our arrival for the sad situation. We would expect from a 5 star hotel to be treated a little more with accommodation.

the service is excellent, all personal is very warm and helpful, always with a smile. The location is also perfect, of course it’s on the hill so a lot of stairs, but there are elevators so it helps a lot. Food is good, with rooms also is everything ok.

I am very disappointed with the level of service. The hotel offers room for 3 people, unfortunately, they are prepare for 2 people. Everything has to be asked for (towels, water, coat) many times. There is no light on the balcony, so it is not possible to sit in the evening,. Instead of the 3 armchair we have only 2 and it is impossible to get the third!!! It's very interesting because of covid regulations, so they can't be fully booked. Such a small thing is a big problem!!! 

Amazing location with wonderful super helpful staff. Beyond happy with my stay there. I would definitely go again and refer people to this hotel and city. Best place in Turkey for sure!!!

It was a wonderful holiday in this amazing hotel! Everything was perfect.Quality service of every department.Specially thanks to the concierge team,such a service I have never seen in any hotel.They helped me with everything I needed (reservation outside in the restaurants,transfer and etc).They were so kind and helpful.Guest assistant team are so professional,any questions I had,where answered immediately!Thanks everyone ,I will be back for sure.

I will start this review with 5 stars. This is our 3rd night and we were “suprised” by the VERY loud music from the hotel next door “Lujo”. Past two nights, there was not any music maybe because of the weather(heavy rain). Hotel property, room, food, beach, pool are beautiful. We just hope that this awful(techno nightmare) loud music will not occur every night, it will spoil our holiday. We have two young children and many of other guests are with kids too..I can not imagine anybody to be okay with this. It is not relaxed to end your day like this! I will update this review at the end of the holiday, and we will see if we can keep the 5 star rating.

It's a heaven on the Earth!!! Everything what you like it's there. People who are working are very kind,polite and smile at everything. Services are the best and I will return next year in Titanic Deluxe Hotel in Bodrum. The beach is just unbelievable beautiful and cabanas are amazing like in Maldives.

The hotel itself is amazing. So many food options, ice cream and bars. The desserts are as good as the one from Harrods. The buffet are nice but after few days you will get tired but there are some other paid restaurants. The staffs in the restaurants and bars cafes are really nice and friendly. The beach has nice white sand and clear water. There are few disadvantages: the resort it’s far from the town. If you like to go the the Bodrum town you have to get car and the hotel charge €50 which is expensive. The staff at the check in wasn’t friendly. Didn’t give much informations, what you need to do is download a map and ask other people. The cocktail wasn’t as nice as it should be. Over all it’s still nice a resort and worth to go.
