Yesterday (25th october 2021), my partner and I visited the Thai Rose Asia in Konyaalti, Antalya.
We were nicely greeted by the owner and the staff. The place was clean and inviting.
We decided on a couples massage of 90 minutes with different massage techniques (the hot stones where very nice!). After a couple of weeks full with hikes and sightseeing, it was absolutely great to relax under the very capable hands of the masseuses. They where very respectful and asked if everything was okay multiple times. I also loved that they washed their hands and used a different product for the facial massage at the end, very professional and hygienic!
I will absolutely recommend this salon to friends and family that visit Antalya. Thank you!

I have often been to a Thai massage saloon back in The Netherlands and this came really close to the same experience if not better.
Me and my girlfriend had a couple's massage including hotstone and a face massage. The face massage wasn't that impressive but the hottstone was really great. It's female friendly and all female staff. You can take a shower there which we didn't, but I went and took a peek inside to see if it was clean, and it was definitely clean!
I'll be visiting this place again the next time we are in Antalya. A little tip, you can't pay by card there so be sure to bring cash with you

Downside: there are no real walls so you hear everything around If customers are not being careful about their voice volume.
Perhaps the owners could offer earplugs
