Ödemeyi ise otelin anlaşmalı olduğu acenta Tatilal.com (Arel Organizasyon Dan.Tur.Tic.Ltd.Şti.) firmasına yaptık. Biz otelden çıkarken ödemenin bize kesintisiz şekilde geri yapılacağına dair yazımızı aldık.Ayın 10unda tatilal.com tarafından kesilen faturamız iptal edilerek mail olarak tarafımıza bilgi verildi. Şimdi ben acentayla görüştüğümde bana geri iademin 15.09.2019 tarihinde yapılabileceği belirtiliyor. Benim peşin ödediğim parayı bana 3 ay sonra ödeyeceklermiş. Bu yaptıkları ne ticari ahlaka nede tacirliğe sığmıyor. Fakat adamların tatilimizi zehir ettikleri yetmiyor gibi şimdide dalga geçer gibi ödemeniz bu zaman yapılacak istemiyorsanız yasal yollara başvurun diyorlar.
