Really magical experience, great food ,nice beach, staff is going above and beyond expectations and plenty off activities!

I adore this hotel! We stay with our team 2 weeks.

Very nice allinclusive resort. Nice staff, good food, big bedrooms ( even the standard ones) and huge pools. I would like to give some credit to the ladies who made "gozleme" every single day during an entire week. Very delicious and very polite old ladies who seems they have fun at work and make delicious food. Many thanks to them ?

I have stayed at the hotel many times. It was a very nice hotel, still a good and quality hotel, but there are some things they need to do. For instance , maintenance and repair. Some rooms and places need maintenance. On the other hand staff is great, friendly and engaging. Lastly, that hotel needs to seriously improve itself in terms of food.

Best resort that I visited until now in Turkey. Nice personal that are everywhere you need. Cocktails are 10, very good meal, room with very nice view. Everything is perfect. Just enjoy in vacancies

Really poor food. Despite speaking to the manager to improve vegetarian options, they did nothing. Even after giving a list of local vegetarian dishes. Vegan for them means boiled carrots and boiled zucchini everyday - awful and not good enough in today's world. There is soo much meat food wastage, which makes no sense as well. Rooms are dated, with a lot of broken finishings. Kids club, pool, beachside, aqua Park are nice. Fyi the pool is too cold for October. It's not enjoyable to swim in unfortunately. Really let down by such a bad food section, especially on an all inclusive resort. The resort is geared towards Russians, like other resort reviews in Belek. If you're travelling from the UK, don't expect a normal all inclusive, high standard, international theme I'm afraid.

We stayed in one of the lake suites for a week with our toddler. Overall really happy with the hotel and services. Staff very helpful across the board.Food was always great, many fresh options available at buffet. Our room was great, spacious. Had access to pool on both sides. Only down side, the pools were freezing! Couldn’t use them at all (nothing to do with hotel though, just time of the year. This is the first time we travelled to Antalya so late in the year). Little one couldn’t use any of the pools either, would’ve been great if the baby/child pool was slightly heated but then again that may be me asking for too much. Only thing i would say is, esp if you do want some peace and quiet in your room, the lake suite area gets a bit noisy. There is a walkway above you and you hear heels, children running, trolleys from the sitting room. I did record a short video but can’t upload it. Almost forgot, they had a convention of some sort while we were there which made the buffet restaurant very busy and no spaces to eat outside, so might be worth checking if there are any other events going on before booking.

Very nice clean. Good value for money. Great service and friendly staff. Good variety of amenities and activities. Nice selection of food. I would definitely recommend to all.
