The Wind Sycamore Holiday Villas in Belek

Очень неплохо. Мне попался дом с развалившимся устройством закрывания окон. Закрыть удалось, иначе бы вопли соседских детей из бассейна совсем вынесли бы мозг. Нужно понимать, что такие места фотографируются широкоугольным объективом, а в действительности ты видишь в окно соседей на расстоянии вытянутой руки. Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный, ухоженный участок с большим количеством зелени. Прекрасный общественный пляж в паре километров.

Wind&Sycamore villalarında eşim ve 10 aylık bebeğimiz ile birlikte 1 ay süreyle konakladık. Tüm personelin, özellikle de tesisin sahibi Ulaş Bey'in yardımları ve ilgisiyle çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Dubleks villalar son derece modern ve kullanışlı. Evlerin baktığı ortak havuz büyük ve son derece bakımlı. Her evin de yanında ufak bir bahçesi ve barbekü alanı bulunuyor. Ağaçlık ve gölge olan bu bölümü yemek ve bebek oyun alanı olarak sıkça kullandık. 10-15 dakika mesafedeki Belek Halk Plajı, yakın zamanda belediye tarafından yenilenmiş bir plaj. İmkanları gerçekten, 5 yıldızlı otel beach'lerini aratmayan güzel bir mekan. Çoğu zaman deniz için burayı tercih ettik. Belek merkezi de yine benzer bir uzaklıkta tesise. Alışveriş için bir çok büyük market burada bulunuyor. Tesiste ortak alanların bakımı, temizlik vs görevler için 24 saat personel bulunuyor. Son derece kibar ve yardımsever bu insanlarla kaldığımız süre içinde aile gibi olduk. Wind&Sycamore, bizim gibi küçük bebekli, çocuklu aileler için gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir tesis.

Бассейн без подогрева. Дом большой, много посуды, вся техника есть, кроме микроволновки. Есть мангал. Магазин в 10 минутах примерно. Особо посмотреть нечего в окрестности. До моря пешком минут 20-25

When we arrived the floor had a layer of dust, the kitchen cupboards were sticky. When we asked when was this cleaned they said the day before but there is no way. the table was set nicely but it looked like it had dirty plates and cups. Over all everything seems to need an upgrade. for the amount of money spent nothing is as it should be.

Belek's best villas are here

We have spent 15 days at one of villas. Great experience! It is such a fun to jump from your living room to big and wonderful pool. We where group of 7 people and we had big plans of traveling acros the area but we stayed in villa instead since it was so god to be there. Host Ulas is good host, Ismet on reception 24/7 read to help. Highly recomended

Overall, a very average stay at The Wind Sycamore Holiday Villas in Belek. There needs to be a number of improvements for this to warrant such a price - especially compared to other properties we've stayed at. Negatives: The glasses/dishes upon arrival were dirty The internet is absolutely diabolical not great for remote working There was no washing liquid, sponges, bin bags, hand soap and any other toiletries There were numerous marks on both the bed sheets and pillows There is mould around the shower There are very few kitchen utensils Numerous stains on the sofa The main bedroom headboard is loose A number of the electronic shutters do not work correctly The sun beds are damaged/torn and need to be updated Not ideal for long stays The doors are very impractical and you will struggle to open/close them Positives The villa manager is VERY attentive, helpful and accomodating The pool is large and cleaned every day The BBQ area and facilities Spacious villa to accommodate a max of 6 people An authentic turkish tea kettle There is a bicycle for free use The closest shop is 5 minutes walk The closest beach is 25 minutes walk The center of Belek is 20 minutes walk Ideal for short stays of 1-2 nights On a separate note, there are a numerous cats around the property which do tend to enter the villas which is great if you're a cat lover but a huge problem if you're allergic.
