★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İmkanınız varsa başka kargo şirketleri ile alışveriş yapın. Bu kadar rezalet bir kargoculuk anlayışı olamaz. Özellikle porsuk şubesi aşırı derece de rezalet. Telefonları bile açmıyorlar. Ben kargo şubesine gidip aldıktan sonra ne anlamı kalır kargoculuğun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargo ne eve teslim edilir ne not birakilir ne telefonlar acilir kendi kafalarina gore lambur lumbur bi kargo. Kac sefer kargom iade surecine girdi teslim edilemedi diye ben gittim aldim. Telefonla ulasmak mi? Zaten mumkun degil!:) 1 seferde kargomu kaybettiler bedelini odemek zorunda kaldilar. Herhangi bir siteden Siparis edecegim urun eger surat kargoyla gelecek oluyorsa baska saticidan siparis ediyorum o noktaya getirdiler

İletişim merkezinizde olusturulan şikayet kayıtlarını tınlamazsınız. Bu nasıl bir anlayış. Böyle zamanlarda dayanışma önemli ama siz onuda bilmiyorsunuz. Kargoyu şubenizden almamız için böyle yapiyorsunuz. Ama bilmezmisiniz kronik hastalığı olanlarin sokağa çıkma yasağı var. Sonra ücretini aldığınız hizmeti yerine getirmemenin vebalini. Bir yıldız zorunluluktan sistem sıfır yıldızı kabul etmiyor çünkü.
