Great hotel, kind staff especially Those in bar all of them are pretty amazing and very friendly

The lunch buffet was incredible but a few of the dishes were cold.

If you want to be treated like a royalty, this is the right place. The hotel is excellent, especially the people who work there. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Lovely hotel with super staff. About 20-25 minute's walk along the sea front into Alanya itself. Will definitely visit again.

I stayed there for 5 days. Location is convenient , reception team were helpfull and responsible. Food was nice . However , the rooms were small. No tissue paper in rooms, I had to buy my own. There were black paint dots on bed sheet , i had to call to get them changed. The room cleaning team are bad . I came back to my room at 3:10 pm after long meetings , my room was not done yet . I had to go down again waited for another 15 minutes until it was done although it is off season. The guest relationship manager came to talk to me and made things worse , she was rude and had an atitude which made me walk away when she raised her voice defending the delay instead of appologizing .!!!

I have stayed for 4 nights and being transferred by jet 2 to your hotel made my holiday and now don’t want go home but all joking this hotel is top class and the staff especially the evening manager caner I hope he does not mind me mentioning his name but he has gone out of his way to make me so welcome and his welcome on day 1 was amazing if I had not come to this hotel i would never of returned to turkey but I don’t want to go home the alcohol get you drunk which is a bonus and the staff are all fantastic the night manager has been trying to help me. Hangs my flight but jet2 are wanting too much money to allow me to stay a few more days the hotel have given me a great deal and given me discount but if jet 2 would be reasonable in the cost of transferring the flight ti Saturday I would stay but they want £305 uk pound silly money but I hope I can sort if not I will be back because of the beautiful hotel and staff and most of all the generous heart of the Turkish people,-

In one world FABULOUS. We went there in November, out of season, so not all the amenities were available but the hotel was still amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food was really good and the place is very clean. The location is very good, with a private beach, and the bus to the town stop right by the hotel. I would recommend the Sunprime C-Lounge to anyone, and we will probably go back at some point.

I was passing through this place. The hotel is great. The service is excellent. The buffet is full of all kinds of dishes, everything is fresh, the most important thing. The room includes everything you need, comfortable and cozy. By the way, there is a shopping street nearby, the so-called 'Saturday market'. There is no noise, but it is difficult to park your car near the hotel. The main car park was occupied. Crossing the road to the sea. There is a pool, everything is comfortable.
