★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are poor, service in the reception is catastrophic. Did not have change when we paid cash, and the guy working did not know how to operate the cardmachine. Roomcleaning is not everyday. Did not get fresh towels when I used up mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleaning personell is so sweet and they are doing a good job. The rooms are clean and the beds are quite good for the low standard they have generally. It is really more like a two star hotel, but the pool is very nice and seems clean. So that is more 3 or 4 stars. The employees doesn't speak english which can be a bit tricky. The negative is that we had an ant infestation in our room and they didn't seem to care about it. The employees are not very friendly. The tried to hassle us for a special deal on the breakfast for a week, AND THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING! Even though it says it was included in the brochure wi-fi, aircondition, safe deposit box and even toilet paper is extra. And not cheap either. That was really annoying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The air conditioner was EXTREMELY NOISY and they refused to change my room for no reason, I ended up sleeping in my friend's room.
The hotel is not really clean, old and the guy in reception (night shift) was very RUDE and UNFRIENDLY, didn't smile, I felt like I am checking in prison not hotel
