Starbucks

drinks were not made right. and prices are high, like double the price in Istanbul airports.

Two poor employees were trying so hard to serve everyone, but it was just impossible. Install second cash point, or at least get the third employee! We were in the queue for 20 minutes and still wasn't even close to the end of it. We left because we simply were running out of time for our flight. Terrible experience

Absolutely worst place ever!! 9 people for 35 min. Extremely overpriced. 2 coffee and small chocolate for over 20$. Avoid this Starbucks

Why do they still exist if everybody is complaining!!? I tried to have some drinks and after half an hour waiting in the queue....found out they only have big cups....alright, went over this and ordered...but for the drinks.....that "barista" mixed three drinks in the shaker (adding obviously toooo much ice cubes) and after mix and fillling up three big cups it remained half shaker full which she thrown away in the sink... JUST IMAGINE WHAT DRINK WE GOT AND THE TASTE OF IT (she didn't put no coffee shots in and she was supposed to do....for three of them....not just one)..... a kind of Boss was called after I raised up my issues.....and after she yelled everybody...including other unsatisfied customers waiting.....she asked me three times what my drinks were....and after another approx 15 min waiting.... I recieved wrong order.....again....and just gave up....were losing the flight....and considering the double price practice....this is just a mockery of customers....so review the rest of reviews and consider all the customers complaining, becauae seems there is only complains regarding this Starbucks spot....then mabe somebody will take action against this practice

I love Starbucks and Turkey. But this Starbucks store does not provide great experience. Messy communication, lack of balance between register area and hand-off, huge mess on the lobby, poor merch offer (only Antalya mugs, no Turkey and other country merch). Only pastry case looked nice and full. Sorry, this was a bad experience.

Didn't notify about extra paid ingredients or services. Ordered white chocolate mocha. Got a very hot and too sweet coffee. In the small town where I live, coffee is prepared much better.

Was aweful: 02.01.22 morning, the girl cashier behaved RUDLY, barely spoke english. Offered just big cups of coffee (but ok, this was the smallest problem), didn`t explain anything, charged extra for double coffee (. Didn`t mention WiFi for 100Lr check. When I asked for a book for feedback, the cashier literally started to yell at me. Gosh, are you kidding? This turned out to be an overpriced coffee with AWEFUL service! Shame on you, Starbucks. And shame on that cashier who should never work in service or dealing with people.

The worst service and employee i could ever meet ! They had me stand i line for three times to get the internet password, and at only at the third time they told me the machine is not working!! The guy there was shouting to all customers ! Absolutely not a Starbucks standard.
