I would like to say thank you again to your employer Mr. Özgür Temizkan, who accompanied us from Rixos Beldibi to the airport April 2nd, 2016 In the very early morning we left the Rixoshotel by bus transfer. Sitting in the bus, driving already 20 minutes into the direktion airport I recognised, that I had forgotten my handbag in the tresor of the hotel with tickets, money ect.Whilst continuing the transfer to the airport Mr. Temizkan started immediately to telephone and organize a taxi to get the handbag as far as possible to the airport. This was a big work. All the time until the taxi arrived he was waiting beside me. This was really friendly . I bless him for this help! Sabine Jünemann

We have booked airport transfers with Holiday Taxis and Meeting Point . The experience was fantastic and we had entire VIP vans at our disposal despite expecting just a private car. High class safe and on time 5 star service !

They charge almost twice as much for experiences compared to local shops outside the hotel for the same experience and service. The transfer taking us to the airport was also booked through them and was significantly late - we were not given an update on how long they were delayed by and so we had to sit around waiting for over half an hour.

Change in rating to 5 ?! Further to my poor rating and review below, I am pleased to confirm all issues have been resolved! Mr Borat from Meeting Point has gone over and beyond to help us. Someone who actually listens and acts! We were quickly moved to another hotel after Mr Borat heard about our issues, the hotel we were moved to has been exceptional and the choice of hotel by Mr Borat is exactly to the standard one should expect when booking in the first instance. FYI the hotel is Sural Resort and it's one of the best hotels I've stayed at for my annual holidays. Well let me start by saying it's a shame you cannot give a minus star rating. I am currently with my family in Antalya and have been experiencing problems with the the hotel since check in. Was promised a transfer to another hotel 3 days ago. The agent Atilla Cecik from Meeting Point never answers his calls or replies to messages. 3 full days wasted so far because of his incompetence, an appalling service is a mild way of describing it! On the beach should really vet their partners. The hotel Ramada Resort Side was sold to us as 5 star, it is not even a 3 star. The staff are arrogant and don't really care, the hotel is dirty and falling apart, the place needs to be condemned, it gives Turkey overall a bad name!

Trip to Pamukkale from Side 3 hours in pamukkale is not acceptable for a 19 hour bus trip!!! My husband and I went on a trip to pamukkale yesterday from Side. When we booked the trip we were assured that as we were being picked up at 4.20am we would miss all traffic and arrive nice and early at pamukkale. We were also told that it was a small trip and there were only 7 other people on a small bus. We were picked up on time and we then made around 7 other stops from various different hotels around Side. A little while later we made another stop when we were asked to transfer to another bus. A while after that we then stopped again for breakfast in Antalya. By the time we left Antalya it was gone 8.30am. We then drove a little longer to be told the driver needed another break, which was conveniently at a large roadside shop selling souvenirs so we stopped for around another half an hour. Back on the road, a short while later we then stopped again, this time at a carpet shop with numerous coaches outside. Everyone was given a tour and the opportunity to part with more money and buy a carpet. Again back on the road we were told that the food stalls at pamukkale are incredibly expensive and they charge 12 euros for a hamburger and 3 euros for a water which was too expensive for the driver to be able to eat. They then advised us that they will be stopping at a buffet restaurant for 45 minutes for the driver and guides to eat and its 7 euros per person. We were welcome to eat if we want to or we could just wait. At this point it was apparent that we were hardly going to have any time at pamukkale so decided to eat to save time when we were there. Rows and rows of coaches were again lined up outside clearly all there for commission. Drinks were extra so it ended up costing nearly 20 euros for 2 people. When we arrived at pamukkale we noticed the food stalls were actually charging 12 turkish lira for a burger and 3 lira for a drink! So nothing even close to the prices we were told! When we finally arrived at pamukkale it was 2pm and we had 3 hours there which is nowhere near enough time for such a beautiful place. We briefly saw the terraces and didn't have time to check out the ruins. Back on the coach we then drove directly back to the restaurant in Antalya with no stops, ate and arrived back at our hotel in Side at 11pm. We felt this tour operator took advantage of people as tourists, making far too many stops in order for them to make commission and as much money as possible. We also felt we were very misled when we booked the tour and lied to regarding the food prices at pamukkale. Certainly wouldn't use this company again. Such a shame as pamukkale is a wonderful place.

Overall a very bad experience. Upon arriving at 2am local time, we had to wait on the minibus for around 45 minutes - fair enough, we had to wait for the final passengers. Now, bear in mind we paid extra for an express transfer. Firstly, we were offered drinks as though they were free. They were not, prices were hidden high up, and you could only see them after you had sat down. But, this is turkey, you get scammed. Big deal. After this, we had a nearly two hour transfer to the first hotel. This was fine, the driver was very fast (possibly too fast, but it was an express transfer and I'm a car guy so no complaints). During this, the driver was fairly aggressive and even had a race against a large coach, I'm guessing to prove something? Anyway, upon arriving at this first hotel, the driver demanded a tip, and was upset that the tip was in Euros and not lira. Thai was stupid to me, as euros are worth much more, and he "sold" his drinks for euros. So he tried to scam someone out of a certain currency, then upon forcing someone to give a tip, was annoyed that they tipped with the same currency? Strange. On the way to the second hotel the driver had no idea where he was going. He spoke no English whatsoever, which was a little strange as he was transferring passengers who had arrived from birminBirm airport. He couldn't work Google maps, so demanded that one of the passengers help him. He got very angry at this passenger, shouting at them in Turkish, and got completely lost. Upon eventually finding the hotel, he again wanted a tip but the passengers scurried away quickly enough to not give him one. Our hotel was third, and last. Again, he demanded I give directions (I wasn't going to let my girlfriend do it), and then chose to ignore the directions I gave, I assume shouting at me for not giving them in Turkish. He then chose to ignore my directions, and have a go at me for his mistake. He then dropped us off at the wrong hotel, before complaining and dropping us at the right one. We left and didn't make eye contact to avoid being charged a tip that we didn't want to give due to the awful service. On the way back to the airport, the transfer was much better. We had a different driver, and other than a 35 minute kebab stop, we have no complaints about the return transfer. Overall, I would not reccommend. Fairly terrible. Get a private taxi, pay the extra.

The most terrible experience I had with a transfer company... I traveled to Kemer on 30 of July with my daughter and friends, 4 children and for adults. We arrived at 6 o’clock in the morning. The bus that had to bring us from the airport to the hotel was dirty and smelled terrible, the driver smoked inside. Which is not normal for a driver and a company that drives mostly families. When we arrived the driver threw the lagguage out of the bus, something I saw for the first time in during my holidays.... The next day came the guide Ali... to give us the informations and tell us about the excursions the company offers. We wanted to go to Pamukale, he assured us it is 3,5 hours drive from the hotel (which is not true, it is 6 hours drive in one direction). We booked the tour, he made us the discounts, as usually... promised a small bus, almost private tour - exactly his words. That’s why we agreed. On the 4th of August at 4 o’clock we were picked up, after 1 hour of driving bus change. A big bus, full. There were 6 places for 8 persons... for such a long drive it is not normal. So I refused the trip, I feel that I was cheated. I asked everything at the beginning, out guide promised something different. When I called the company to get my money back, because the conditions we established from the beginning were not respected they told me we can only take another tour. For another tour we didn’t have time because we left on 6th of August. When I explained that they put all the blame on the guide. The only thing I can say, it is not a serious company, not client oriented. I asked everything from the beginning... and to travel such a long distance with children on the knees is not normal. They explained they do not reserve place for children, of course after I reclaimed my money. I didn’t get my money, which I find not correct for a serious company that is client oriented. I travel a lot, all over the world and for sure I will never use this agency.

DO NOT BOOK! THEY ARE A CON. Should be given zero stars and cannot believe big companies like the love holidays would use these. Will write detailed review later but DO NOT BOOK!!!!!
