Bu nasıl bir çalışma şekli dir bu nasıl bir umursamazliktir vallahi anlamak zor.birseyin kargodaysa hangisi olduğunun hiç bir önemi yok. Kargoda birşeyin varsa teslim alana yada teslim edilene kadar akla karayı seciyorsunuz .
 I make a request online, it doesn't work. I personally call the branch and ask for a courier, it still doesn't work. How can I reach the courier? Doesn't the courier come in 1 week? What kind of work is this, what kind of carelessness is this, I swear it's hard to understand. If something is in the cargo, it doesn't matter which one it is. If you have something in the cargo, you choose the right land until you receive it or it is delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sürat Kargo saygı duyduğum kargo firmalarından biri. Ancak Tepebaşı Şubesini son ziyaretlerinde ilgililerin maske takmıyor oluşu beni çok rahatsız etti. Küçük bir alanda aynı anda 6, 7 kişinin bulunması pandemi döneminde benim gibi bir kronik hasta için tehlike arz ediyor.
Sürat Kargo is one of the cargo companies that I respect. However, I was very disturbed by the fact that the persons concerned were not wearing masks during their last visit to the Tepebaşı Branch. Having 6 or 7 people at the same time in a small area is dangerous for a chronic patient like me during the pandemic period.
