Ancak kendilerine bu uygulamanın yasal olmadığını söyleyip ilgili kurumlara şikayette bulunacağinizi belirtince tamam iadeyi alalım diyorlar. Sözde eski ve yerel bir marketler zinciri olduğunu düşüneceğiniz özbesinin bunu yapması beni çok şaşırttı. Bir daha alışveriş yapmam yapmanızı da tavsiye etmem.
I wanted to return the product I did not use, but they said that they could not refund due to their procedures. However, when you tell them that this practice is not legal and that you will file a complaint with the relevant institutions, they say ok let's get the refund. I was very surprised that Özbe, who you would think is an old and local grocery chain, did this. I would not recommend you to buy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eskişehir'deki yerel marketler zincirinin bir şubesi. Çalışanların çok büyük bir bölümü müşterilere karşı ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Bir market olarak aslında küçük ancak bölge halkının ihtiyaçlarını karşılıyor. Özellikle üst katı çok küçük ve sıkışık. Üst katta 2-3 müşteri olduğu zaman rahat alış veriş yapılamıyor. Ürün çeşitliliği ve tazeliği güzel. Sebze ve meyve reyonunda her zaman taze ürünler bulunabilir. Et ve süt ürünleri genelde kendi tesislerinden geldiği için taze ve güvenilir. Uzun yıllar güvenerek alışveriş yaptığım bir yer. Aslında 5 yıldızı hak edebilir ancak fiziki şartları nedeniyle 5 yıldız vermem diğer iş yerlerine haksızlık olur.
A branch of the local grocery chain in Eskişehir. Most of the employees are concerned and smiling towards customers. As a market, it is actually small, but meets the needs of the local people. Especially the upper floor is very small and cramped. When there are 2-3 customers on the upper floor, comfortable shopping is not possible. Good variety and freshness. Fresh products can always be found in the vegetable and fruit aisle. Meat and dairy products are usually fresh and safe as they come from their own facilities. It's a place I've shopped for years. In fact, it may deserve 5 stars, but it would be unfair to other workplaces to give 5 stars due to its physical conditions.
