Adorable restaurant with amazing food and such pleasant, happy and helpful wait staff. A great combo of a fine dining feel with a down to Earth vibe. I got the beef, smoked eggplant and yogurt and a glass of rosé and it was amazing. Very reasonable prices. Please tip the wait staff 10% everywhere in Turkey if you can.

It was the first restaurant for me and my friend to have a meal in Capadocia and no doubt, we made the right choice. Food and its presentation are on top. The atmosphere is super cozy and chilled, warm lights and nice decor. I recommend the aubergines for the starter - so yummy. It's a little pricy but definitely worth one of your evenings in Goreme.

I just came back to the hotel from this restaurant and wow! I have already planned to go there again in the remainder of my trip. Soffy's kitchen is an amazing fine dining restaurant in Gerome Cappadocia, they serve turkish specialties that aren't all available elsewhere and have an amazing selection of domestic and international wines. Their staff are professional, kind mannered and are willing to please. I ordered the hot hummus, the season salad and the spinach casserole. They were kind enough to serve us their exciting turkish spiced turkish bread appetizer free of charge, which consisted of warm turkish bread, homemade turkish spice, olive oil and goat cheese. Next we were served with the salad and the hot hummus. Let me put it this way, the hummus alone is enough reason to travel to this part of the world just to taste this lovely dish, smooth, tasteful with sprinkled mince on top instantly made me realize i have come to an exceptional restaurant. The spinach casserole was next and it blew me away, served with yogurt and rice. I have to say i was lucky to have made these choices but the overall excellency of their food makes me quite sure their other dishes will be just as great. The casserole was recommended to be mixed with the yogurt and what a recommendation!! Exquisite and delightful, full of flavour. If you want to taste the best turkish Cousine with the quality that you may only find at a turkish home by a fine turkish chef look no further and enjoy their soulful food

Great place in the middle of Goreme. Tucked away in a small alley, it offers a great setting for a relaxed meal in an Instagram ready setting. The food here is good. We tried the Turkish Ravioli dish, the Beef in Eggplant and the vegetarian dish. They were all very well prepared. They also served some bread with olive oil, zaatar and goat cheese. Awesome place for a good dinner.

Randomly was traversing around the town of Goreme looking for a place to eat in with my wife last night. Walked in by chance and had one of the best dinner experiences in a while. The dining hall was located inside a cozy cave and I believe there is a terrace too but not sure it is open. My wife ordered the Dana Yanak and I ordered the traditional Testi Kebab(local delicacy) and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was wholesome and the meat very tender. The rice accompanying the dish was sumptuous too. According to my wife, her beef dish was one of the best she ever had in her life. It had that melt in your mouth feeling. Cesar was a great host and very passionate about the food and drink with a great sense of humour. Would come back again if fate decides to cross my paths with Goreme again. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area too I guess with similar menus but this one was so far the best meal we have had in Cappadocia. Good portions as well. Not too overwhelming yet filling. P.s - the house zaatar and cheese is pretty great as well.

What a treat for vegetarians visiting Capadoccia! An excellent selection of homemade style meze starters followed by a choice from six veggie main dishes made from beans, peas and fresh vegetables. Also good offerings for meat eaters! Nice touch that they bring bread with olive oil, cheese and zaatar for a starter and fruit after the meal, all thrown in. Happy to recommend this restaurant.

Delicious authentic local food, excellent staff and service. Highly recommended, I wish I had more pictures for you all but we ate too quickly. The house wine was also quite good, but beware bottled wine was expensive.
