★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best burger I have eaten for years! Crammed with succulent döner-grilled beef, with crisp lettuce and a tasty sauce in a light and fluffy locally-baked bun. Smart and stylish presentation on a wooden board with a generous serving of hot & spicy French fries. Mozaik has long been a favorite for their excellent coffee and charming beyond-professional service, I will definitely be returning to dine in again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was okay but the service was very poor, manager and waiters are not proper and neglect, Me and my gf waited for more than 15 mins to get the menu and another 10 to come and take my order while white peoples that just arrived got take care of right away. I personally don't want to think this is about racism since we had never encountered one in Turkey so far. Even it wasn't a racism or double standard, service wise are still poor and I will not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comfortable and cozy road side cafe to experience the local taste of Göreme. The staff was very helpful with explaining the cuisine and the tastes. We ordered beef testi, a local Göreme delicacy, and premium beef rib eye. Both of them tasted amazing with melt in the mouth meat. The broth of testi was to die for! Yum yum amazing! Deffo worth a visit for the foodie tourists in search of different and local taste.
