Uzun süreli araç kiralıyorum bezen günü birlik araç kiralıyorum her seferinde müşteri müşteri kalitesi aynı araçlarda küçük sorunlar haricinde aracı temiz ve sorunsuz alıyorum araç alıcagım zamanda beni evimden alıp evime bırakıyorlar aracı geç burakmak durumunda kaldım höş görü ile karşılayıp extra üçret talep etmediler müşteri ilişkileri gayet iyi aracı teslim alırken sana bişeyleri haksız yere yaptırmıyorlar bu yüzden de ben çok menmum ve son 10 günden fazladır Hyundai i20 kullanıyorum araç gayet iyi ve ihtiyaçlarımı karşılıyor teşekkürler... So we wanted a car that can climb mountains. Not a Jeep, but just a car that is tough enough so you don't have to race in gear one. So they told us, the lower (cheaper) class car can do this. Ok great. We made the deal that we can bring the car back at 10AM the next morning. So we get the car, checked it for bumps and damage, made a video (they recommended) and drove back to the hotel. We put 100TL gas in it. Because they deliver the cars with an empty gastank. (Very smart indeed) The car, had a rough time making speed. And at the hotel is turns out the car did not lock. The automatic key didn't work and also the manual way the lock fell out the door. So we went back to Space to tell this and what they were going to do about it. They gave us another (higher class) car, we had to pay 30TL extra. They said there was gas in this new car (probaply from the previous renters) but not 100TL so they took half out of the other car and put it into the new one. (What..) Well there we go. Remember the 10AM deal? We got a call, the next day, at 8PM, from our hotel reception, that we had to come downstairs, to give the keys, because they rented the car to someone else?! Are you kidding me? So we said no. They get annoyed and told us if we haven't read te contract or something and that we have to bring the keys. But he didn't read our contract where was written: deliver time 10AM. We still said no, annoyed as we are, and told them we would bring the car at 10AM. We hang up and another collegue sended an whatsapp asking if we can bring the car at 10AM. Ofcourse we can, that's the deal. So we were there at 10AM. Did our complain, turns out there was a miscommunication. So, first they give us a car that doesn't work (cheap or not it supposed to lock and drive, at least, it is a car isn't it) they made us pay more for a car that drives, and then want us to deliver it 2 hours earlier. 2 hours where we paid for. Do not rent your car here, or check the inside and outside 10 times, make a testdrive and then sign your contract. Oh and in both cars there were engine lights burning but 'oh, that's normal.'
