This hotel might be just what some people want, and others (like us) a nightmare. Loud loud music until midnight, flashing lights. Lots of drinking. Cafeteria style restaurant. Busy busy busy. The rooms are clean and ours overlooked the pool, nicely furnished. But not for us. Far too huge, loud, chaotic .....

This hotel is okay but we wouldn't return. The reception staff are rude. An attempt to communicate with them was dismissed saying "im busy with customers". Sorry, but i thought we were customers. Our first few days here the meal times were so chaotic it was like heards of cattle. By the time you got round, food was cold. During our stay here though I have to admit that there have been attempts made to speed up the process as the plastic screens have been removed . In general I feel that there is nothing for our children. The kids club is OK to pass a half an hour or so. But it is repeated everyday the same thing. They get bored. Unfortunately the weather hasn't been great so we only managed to swim once. The only thing the kids can do really is play in the lobby. An idea might be to have an indoor play area, like a soft play and some slides or something as it is too cold for the outside playpark. Also, having young children having to wait until 18.30 for dinner is quite hard. I understand that there is food available in the pool bar. But I do not want to give them chips at every meal. All in all the experience has been limited., the rooms are cleaned well and our family room was very good. But overall, because of our experience as a family has been let down with them being so bored. Even a walk to the beach is limited, as the hotel do not maintain this well. Its a mess with rubbish dumped at the side of the path in truck loads. These small improvements could have made such a difference to our holiday.

If you plan to stay here for more than 10 days, then the menu will get boring. In general, the hotel is not bad, there is a heated pool, a variety of cocktails. but it can't be without its downsides. cleaning schedule is just disgusting, constantly at different times. sometimes there is no fish and a vegetarian has to eat only salads

What a lovely place to stay. I am absolutely loving everything here from food to entertainment, tennis, game room, gym, and very very friendly staff etc! I have spent 2 days so far and have 12 more to go. Don't want my time to come to an end. If You are thinking of a winter break, this might be a place for you. Look at the pictures I have posted. ? That's what I thought of my stay after 2 weeks... Christmas day dinner ?. It was perfect. Grand Park Lara staff all worked extremely hard and remained professional at all times during my 2 week stay there. Waiters and cleaning staff worked ever so hard to keep the venue clean and Covid safe. I have seen them working non stop. I really hope they get paid in euros ?. 1 thing I wanted to mention was that I didn't like how the hotel was charging for the use of the safe in the room in euros. If you are paying for all inclusive this should have been included in the package. During my 2 weeks, I only found one of the waiters very rude but I ignored it because 99 percent of the staff were outstanding. I was thinking about coming and staying at Grandpark Lara again but it only takes one person to spoil that for you. Hopefully I'll try to ignore that if I decide to come back again.

What an amazing hotel and even more amazing staff. From the cleaners to the entertainment team, especially Diana on reception, Ali in the restaurant and Dogukan the entertainment guy. Ali was always attentive during our meals and made sure we did not wait for anything we required. Diana was always helpful with our questions and Dogukan always kept us entertained and laughing. Will definitely be back. Had an amazing time. Loved the whole experience.

Currently staying in this hotel now. My family and I travel a lot and we have been to many different countries. I'm shocked to read the negative comments about this hotel. I must say...for those negative reviews. I promise these people are the type of people to complain about anything because there's not 1 fault in this hotel. The food? Amazing! So fresh and a large variety of choice. It's on all day everyday. The rooms? Cleanliness is above standard, nothing is missed. Everything is topped up daily, towels are fresh and beds are made everyday. Beds are comfortable, the rooms are quiet and can't hear other guests. Staff? Very helpful! Stuff to do? Loads!! A cinema, arcade, kids club, hairdressers, spa/massage, shops, EVERYTHING. Best hotel we have stayed in yet. 100% recommend. It has EVERYTHING.

There is a lot I could say about this hotel/resort, but it would all be good things. We've had a really really nice time. It gets really busy during summer, but towards the winter months it's quieter. Staff are amazing, although you'll find the odd not-so-nice at reception, all the others are super sweet, friendly, just amazing. I'm not going to list all the things they offer here, as it's all on their website, just there nothing negative I could say about it.

I booked this as a "cheap" all inclusive holiday as a single traveller. My plan was to visit a few local things and fly to Istanbul for a few nights too. With that in mind arrival at the hotel was OK. I'd read about the offer to upgrade to a premium room for €10 a night which I agreed to. The benefit of this was a separate room and a balcony. Worthwhile. Rooms were OK for a 3 star and the bed was comfortable. Free bottled water and some separate shampoo/shower gel provided. Food was hit and miss. A few days were quite limited but on the whole it was always edible. Go to the paid for restaurant one night €10 per person for 6 courses. Pool nice and warm and the 3 bars always happy to provide drinks. Note that after midnight (9pm UK time) the drinks become chargeable. A good hotel for not much money (at least in March).
