In fact, it is a very well thought out project. But you know what smart designed this vehicle exit door so narrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açıkçası dışarıdan güzel gözüküyor ama site içini dolaşınca hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Dubleks dairelerin ise imar affından yararlanarak ayrı daireye dönüştürülmesi de bence siteyi bozan bir durum olmuş. Kısacası ev kiralamak hatta Tatvanda daire sahibi olmak istediğim yerdi fakat şuan itibariyle böyle bir isteğim kalmadı.
Frankly, it looks nice from the outside, but I was disappointed when I went around the site. Turning the duplex flats into separate flats by taking advantage of the zoning amnesty was a situation that spoiled the site, in my opinion. In short, it was the place where I wanted to rent a house and even own an apartment in Tatvan, but as of now, I have no such desire.
