★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seda hoca gercekten egitmenligini layikiyla yapan ender orneklerden. Kendisiyle ve 2 tatli egitmeniyle 6 ayi askin bir sure pratik yapma firsati buldum. Yoga’yi teknikleriyle anlatan ve felsefesini de ogretmeyi amaclamis derslerinin hem fiziksel hem de mental sagligimda cok guzel etkileri oldu. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum!!
 Seda teacher is really one of the rare examples who do her teaching properly. I had the opportunity to practice with him and his 2 dessert instructors for more than 6 months. The lessons, which explain yoga with its techniques and aim to teach its philosophy, had great effects on both my physical and mental health. I definitely recommend!!
