Dört aylık süreçte 12 kg verdim rahat rahat. Rahat rahat diyorum çünkü yürüyüşü aksatmama, arada kaçamak yapmama rağmen bu sonucu elde ettim. Bunları yapmasam daha fazlası olabilirdi. Sağlıklı şekilde, şok diyetler olmadan, gayet doyarak verdim kiloları. Zannederim yeni teşhis edilen reaktif hipoglisemim nedeni ile yakın zamanda tekrar buluşacağız.
