Sea Planet Resort & Spa

This is not 5* hotel for sure. The service and the whole organization of this resort is on the lower level. They dont have any kids food, no label/information- if the food is spicy. No bottle water on the table. If you are seated around the waiter you will get water or what you want to drink, if not stay in line to get it. The alcohol tastes terrible. Even you are all inclusive, You can't get drinks from bar you want, you need to go in the one specific. Cocktails are more like ice water with taste of terrible alcohol. WI/FI is a big deal. I had better connection with dial up internet in 20th Century. Rooms could be better cleaned. Often forgotten to leave coffee too. You must remind them. Another thing to mention, for me it is very important and could be a deal breaker if i know about it. Resort starts where the cemetery finishes. Beach is just ok, too rocky and too deep.

Totally disappointed. The hotel looks ok, but the staff is rude and unwelcome. I went to the restaurant to ask why it wasn't open at ice cream at 2:30 p.m., even though it was supposed to be open from 2 p.m. Chef Colak, the guy with the curly and long hair, came to me and started screaming and quarrels without listening to what the problem is. Inadmissible attitude towards the tourists. You were served at the bar and restaurant, and if you asked for a little more, the person who serving you, looked weird at you. Strengths: -clean and beautifully arranged resort Weaknesses: -rude staff -ice cream only between 2 and 5 pm, given that you have a children's aquapark, you expect to have a large flow of childrens; guess what they want ... -not very varied food, during the stay I caught 4 themed evenings, Turkish, Mexican, Italian and fish night, the only difference between them and a normal evening were about 4-5 dishes -the program of the children's aquapark from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16 outside the hours the water is stopped Conclusion: I do not recommend and would not come again to this resort. There are other resorts that offer much higher quality services for the same amount of money.

Definitly DON'T GO this hotel! Was the worst holiday ever. We spent 1 week there now, 7 adults and 2 kids, and our 2 kids went to the HOSPITAL one night because of bacterial stomach infection, with vomitting and 40 c fiber. 3 adults came the same sick, only these stayed healthy who didn't used the pools,just the sea. Anyway it's really not 5 stars(i was in Antalya before, another hotel). There are not enough bars and restaurants, even if it's covid, you have to stand and wait for 2 poor pancakes 25minutes and for a pineapple juice too. No bar at the beach, no waiters around the pools, same food every day.. We were really disappointed and on the transfer way back, we discussed with other families from this hotel, that they became sick too. Worst experience ever.

A great hotel with very few minor letdowns: Positives: Big, shiny and impressive luxury lobby, WiFi coverage almost everywhere and with some decent speeds, massive and clean main pool with a lot of beds, wide beach with massive shades and relatively clean water, very good and maintained garden, very huge restaurant with a lot of food, the best beach snacks bar I have seen so far, a lot of activities for kids and adults, big and clean rooms (at least our one was), most of the staff was polite and knew surprisingly well German, English and Russian for a Turkish resort. Also they had some very hospital doggies and kitties you can pet :) Negatives: Even though the food is of good quality the variety was not big, also the lunch in the main restaurant was abysmal. The sea is with very steep entrance and rocks on the bottom (be very careful) also the location is kinda distant - the transportation from Kizilot to Side is frustrating if you are not using a taxi or organized bus. Kizilot in general is not very developed as torist mahalesi as Kizilgac or Evrenseki for example. Also the hotel animation was meh, if you have been in Turkey few times. Overall I was pleasantly surprised of Sea Planet and would recommend.

Not sure if the other people commenting have been to the same hotel, honestly :/ 1. Rooms are spacious, clean and well kept. Bathroom was particularly nice, the shower is amazing - plus shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower caps and even nail filer were provided. 2. The pools are perfect! The water is warm, always clean and the pools are big enough that I NEVER had a problem with it being too crowded. Only downside is that people put towels on lounger and leave them on since 6 am until evening, whether they use them or not -but that's on people being disrespectful, not the hotel. 3. The beach is well maintained and clean, plenty of sun loungers and comfortable, toilets and beach bar. The water is clean and warm enough. Nothing I could complain about at all. 4. The food. Plenty of selections, daily themes that ensure some extra options (so whoever doesn't have variety must have missed the huge banners and special stands). Will you enjoy every single food? No, but I doubt you would in any restaurant. Drinks are also good - good coffee, delicious orange juice (the free version, actually), good beer and very ok cocktails. 5. The entertainment - this one was a bit lacking when I was there (end of June), but there was some program for children every day. Still we enjoyed Turkish night (dancers were incredible) and belly dancing (wow!) 6. The PEOPLE. I don't understand how can someone complain about the staff. They are always ready to help as best as they can, the fill your plates, the offer you whatever you want, the bring drinks or cutlery to the table, they run around all day to keep guests happy, they make jokes with guests... VERY GOOD STAFF. I would definitely recommend this place and would visit again if given the chance.

We arrived in the morning at 11:00, got checked-in within a few minutes and received our room right away even though per our reservation it was supposed to be at 3pm. Very friendly/helpful front staff especially the 2 ladies that were responsible for À la carte etc. reservations. We were a group of 4 and booked a family suite with 2 rooms and a shared bathroom. Each room had its own balcony with an amazing sea view!! (The sunsets were incredible). The rooms were cleaned everyday. Fresh bath towels were also provided each day. Mini fridge had water and cold drinks plus tea and coffee were always stocked up. The pool area was very spacious with many chairs. Lots of entertainment and music throughout the day and night. Hotel had a bar at the beach, 2 by the pool area and a few inside as well. The Moonlight bar was open 24 hours. The snack bar during the day was a good option for us since we didn’t like going back inside the hotel for lunch. Many good options to choose from. Dinner was always amazing with lots of variety. Baklava was available every evening. We would definitely recommend and revisit this hotel!! Please ignore the bad comments they are not true.

great hotel!!! + we arrived in the middle of the night. we had a tough long journey with a lot of unforeseen circumstances that made us arrive in a bad mood. The staff turned our bad mood away. All our wishes were immediately fulfilled, even though it was night. The whole time we stayed there was so amazing. Every member of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Anything you ask for, they do there very best to get it done for you. Our daughter had her birthday during our stay. Our room was decorated, our table was decorated, we got a cake, the staff sang happy birthday,... she was treated like a princess. In the mini-club (kind of childcare) you can safely leave your children with the animation team while you as parents can make some quality time for each other. In the hotel you can find everything to get through your stay, there is a lot to do. the hammam is definitely a must to do. There are a lot of german customers, so it's good that the staff can speak german well. Not all the staff speak good english, but they try their best to understand you. And there is always someone who can speak good english. If they didn't understand us well they called someone who can speak good english to help us. ______________________________ - There where no signs at the food with what it was, so we didn't know what we ate. In the wellness they told us that we both had a problem with our back for which we had to come back for another treatment. I didn't recognize the problem they were talking about so I'm a bit unsure if this maybe could be a sales ploy. ______________________________ We had a very good experience with this hotel. The few negatives were certainly outweighed by the many positives.
