★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took almost 2 or maybe could be 2:30 hours for airport transfer, driver did not use Toll way or any tunnel and they did not inform me that the price is not include Toll way ( most of the airport transfer includes it ) if you are going to use this Company for airport transfer I advise you to avoid it or if you already have booking you should cancel it. 1 out of 5 star.. good luck if you going to use this service, you need luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and affordable. Clean shuttle, safe driver who stopped on the way to the hotel for free refreshments. On time pickup and very friendly!
We will book this service again on our next trip to Istanbul for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have listened to the previous comments. They are not really professional. It was a mistake that i paid the entire money in advance. The driver came to pick us up with 30 mins delay after very complicated and stressful communication. The driver expected us to be in front of their office (8 persons with suitcases, whyyyyy???!!!!) although i already sent them the address and location to our apartment. We were 8 persons with several suitcase. They promised us to send us a 9-person minivan. However, they sent us a minivan for 7 persons. therefore 4 of us had to sit next to each other on a 3-person backseats which made difficult to use the seat belts. Totally unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy in the office is friendly but the service is not what you may have paid for. Our transfer wasn’t with a Mercedes Benz Vito but instead a taxi came to our hotel without seatbelts or AC and a driver that’s used two smartphones at the same time.

Vans are large and comfortable and can accommodate families with a lot of luggage.
Drivers take appropriate routes to ensure you arrive at your destination on time.
