Bir daha mekana çay içmeye bile uğramam.. We stopped by to have breakfast on our trip, they bought 100 TL for a breakfast plate for one person, the service is already terrible, even one of the employees did not smile. My advice to those who are going to go to a place established to rip people off, bring your food from outside, you can have a more enjoyable breakfast or meal on the benches by the lake. I can't even stop..

It wouldn't be possible to go as far as Şavşat and see it, the black lake is perfect, I have no other sir, the roads are very bad. They even built the place you see in the last picture for worship, the engineer put the place for ablution outside for women, I was amazed, let the women praying go prepared.

Manzara ve doğa zaten eleştiriye açık bir konu değil. Eşim ve 2 çocuğum da çok memnun kaldı . Tavsiye ediyorum benden size 5 yıldız.. :) It's almost like I was reborn.. The friendly staff make you feel like you've brought the holiday to your home, not like you've gone somewhere on vacation. Landscape and nature is not a subject open to criticism anyway. My wife and 2 children were also very satisfied. I recommend you 5 stars from me.. :)

The view is beautiful against the lake, calm, plenty of oxygen, peace... Staff is inadequate and indifferent. The price is high. The menu choice is quite limited. Not even beer, for example.

Fiyatı önemli değildi ama vereceğimiz paraya da değmesi gerekiyordu. Standart bir kahvaltı tabağı geldi. Resmini koyuyorum. Resimde olmayan, sonradan servis ettikleri bir kırılmış yumurta ve bir tane de krep geldi. Aynı kahvaltı tabağını 20 liraya yemiştik yolda. Karagöl manzaralı diye fiyat farkı illa ki olacaktı ancak 5 katı bir fark gerçekten kabul edilemezdi. Bir daha yolum düşerse açlıktan ölsem bile gidip bir lokma yemem. We went to the facility only to have breakfast from outside. The price of a single breakfast plate was 100 TL. The price didn't matter, but it had to be worth the money. A standard breakfast plate arrived. I'm putting the picture. One scrambled egg and one pancake arrived which was not pictured, which they served afterwards. We ate the same breakfast plate for 20 liras on the way. There would be a price difference just because of the view of Karagöl, but a difference of 5 times was really unacceptable. If I pass by again, even if I die of hunger, I will not go and eat a bite.
B	Bülent Pehlivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otel güzel fakat gölün doğallığını bozmuş. Gölün tam kıyısında değilde yakınına yapılsaydı keşke. Milli park giriş ücreti 15 TL alıyorlar. Ama bu paranın milli parklara gittiğine dair bilet koçanı üzerinde bir ibare göremedik. Karagöl manzarası harika. Çevresindeki orman manzarasıni gölün üzerinde yansıyor. Bu da muhteşem bir manzara oluşturuyor. Seyrine doyum olmuyor. The hotel is beautiful, but it has spoiled the naturalness of the lake. I wish it was built close to the lake rather than on the shore. The national park entrance fee is 15 TL. But we could not see any indication on the ticket stub that this money goes to national parks. The view of Karagol is wonderful. The surrounding forest landscape is reflected on the lake. This creates a magnificent view. I can't get enough of it.

Otel yeni, düzenli ve göl manzaralı...Küçük bir iskelesi var, isterseniz gölde sandal keyfi de yapabilirsiniz. Otelde personel yetersiz, fiyatlar biraz pahalı... After a journey with narrow and sharp bends but with a wonderful view, you reach the hotel in the Karagöl national park. The hotel is new, tidy and has a lake view... It has a small pier, you can also enjoy boating on the lake if you wish. Insufficient staff at the hotel, prices a bit expensive...
L	Lumixx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otel gayet güzel. Personeller bizi ilgiyle karşıladı. Oda fiyatı göl manzaralı olduğu için bence normaldi. Temizliği de beğendim. Çarşaflar ve banyo temizdi. Odada sigara kokusu yoktu. Havalandırılmıştı. Sıcak su sorunu da yaşamadım. Yolunuz buralara düşerse hiç düşünmeden bu otelde kalın derim. The hotel is fine. The staff welcomed us with interest. The price of the room was normal in my opinion as it has a lake view. I also like the cleanliness. Sheets and bathroom were clean. There was no cigarette smell in the room. It was ventilated. I didn't have any hot water issues either. If you happen to be here, I would say stay in this hotel without hesitation.
