In general, the hotel is good, the staff is very interested and the relevant food is excellent, I recommend it to the hands of the chef.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Personal. Es handelt sich hier um ein Familien geführtes Hotel. Die Lage finde ich sehr gut. Die Zimmern sind auch sehr schön leider habe ich erst später erfahren dass auch Zimmern ohne Teppiche gibt die ich reservieren hätte können. Da ich Teppich nicht mehr zeitgemäß finde aus hygienischen Gründen aber eine Renovierung sollte trotzdem erfolgen und die ganzen Teppiche im Treppenhaus und im Flurbereich der Etage 2 komplett gegen andere Bodenbeläge z.b fließen ausgetauscht werden. Sonst alles sehr gut vor allem im SPA und Wellness Bereich. Schön wäre wenn das Frühstück als offenes Buffet zu Verfügung gestellt werden könnte so wird das Frühstück in der Küche auf den Tellern fertig gemacht und von Personal zum Tisch gebracht, siehe Foto. Ich würde das Hotel wieder besuchen kommen und eine Empfehlung ebenso.
Very friendly staff. This is a family run hotel. I think the situation is very good. The rooms are also very nice unfortunately I found out later that also rooms without carpets are there that I could have reserved. Since I find carpet not up to date for hygienic reasons but a renovation should be done anyway and all the carpets in the stairwell and in the hall area of the floor 2 completely against other floor coverings z.b flow replaced. Everything else very good, especially in the SPA and wellness area. It would be nice if the breakfast as an open buffet could be made available so the breakfast in the kitchen on the plates and made by staff to the table, see photo. I would visit the hotel again and a recommendation as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Saray thermal to have some spa treatments. We were pleasantly surprised by clean and neat atmosphere of the hotel starting from reception till the room.
The suite was bright and spacious with a cozy balcony.
We had gowns and sleepers to use to go to the swimming pool, which is comfortable.
The swimming pool was unexpectedly hot and we couldn't stay there long. There is also sauna, hammam and massage.
Mixed massage for 1 hour for couples was amazing.
We stayed in a hotel just for a day, but got a lot of pleasant impressions.
