They informed that they could not refund in their normal processes, they suspended the reservation. I have given my special reasons. Although I talked to the relevant managers and asked for a return, there was phone traffic many times, but they returned today. They do not give refunds. According to the comments I received from the people who stayed on it this year, it was an unbelievably bad service, cleaning, never, the food burned very badly, your money was already in the form of do not come. A walkie-talkie may have been quite successful in previous years. But there is a lot of change of hands. It turns into places where you will be disgraced with your money. I asked my friend who stayed last week to find an official. He could not find a single official in the hotel.

These are scammers, friends, I made a reservation at the hotel and paid my money. Then they informed me that the hotel was closed. I asked for a refund and was told it would be deposited within 12 working days. 12 business days are up, I called, it was said 20 business days, I waited, I did not go to bed, I am calling, there is no contact person. Because of this situation, I have been victimized with my family and I continue to be.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and two children in 2017, on the first recommendation. The fact that the hotel has a beach, family rooms and cleanliness were factors in my choice. That's why we chose this hotel again this year. I think it has changed hands!! It was my biggest mistake to choose this hotel this year. 1. The room was delivered to us without proper cleaning. Sand on the ground. Towels are dirty. Cigarette butts on the balconies of the room. Well, at that point, we turned a blind eye. 2. Even though we were hotel guests, we had to stay on the sand. When I ask the beach staff, it is a separate issue that they say we will arrange it immediately and wait for 3 hours. 3. Except for us, three other families were in this situation. Umbrella chairs are rented to outsiders. 4. I called the official, I explained the situation, the room behaved arrogantly and tried to go to the top because there were no customers from outside. 5. Two families who realized the issue proved me right. We came from outside and we are not staying at the hotel. They said you have no right to victimize the people staying at the hotel. 6. The person who said that he was the official was still trying to deflect the subject because we did not let anyone in from outside after 10 o'clock. We are at the end of the word. It's a shame what they have done to this beautiful hotel!

First of all, the welcome was nice and the staff were very polite and helpful even though they were crowded. Our room was also clean. It was strange that I was not asked for the HES Code at the entrance. Housekeeping asked if we wanted regular cleaning during our stay. As for the food, of course, it would be impossible to expect restaurant quality. If you have eaten the meals prepared in groups such as dormitories and schools before, you would think that the food that comes out of this place is very delicious. Personally, for me, the food was very tasty. But most of the dishes had some bitterness. Since there are people who cannot eat bitter, I think it would be more appropriate to do it without pain at first. If you want, you can add paprika etc later. One missing issue was that there was only tea and coffee as a beverage. There was no soft drink during our stay. Since I haven't seen the kitchen, I can't talk about hygiene. At noon and especially in the evening, the queue for meals is very long and the people waiting in line neither obey social distance nor wear masks. They also hurriedly pile the side dishes and desserts onto their plates, unable to finish them all. That's why I witnessed that there was a lot of leftover food. I guess people are looking at it with the logic that I've paid for it somehow. I felt sorry for the staff who cleared the tables and tried to help by clearing my table and preparing the plates so that they could be taken easily before they arrived. I think this sort of thing falls under etiquette. The remaining rude guests really bothered me. The sea of ​​the hotel was really clean and beautiful. The sea is descended with a ladder, but it is definitely not deep. You can land with peace of mind. If the beach part is arranged, I think it will be much more beautiful. The stones in the part before we came to the stairs hurt our feet a little, but it was definitely not a big problem. Walking around the back streets and going to the beach to go to the bazaar is also tiring. The door connecting to the beach from the side of the hotel was locked. I think it will be more comfortable if there is a security guard there or a turnstile system and a card pass. I think it's a good hotel for its price. People who expect more luxury may prefer other places by paying more. Frankly, after reading the comments, my expectations were very low, but thankfully it was not as I feared.

Don't believe these fraudsters, I made a reservation in June last year, they say unconditional cancellation, I had an accident, I sent their report and they did not pay, I applied to the consumer arbitrator and I won, I will give them to the execution. No one is contacted, do not believe, I was burned, I shared it so that you do not do it.
