Sanitas Termal Suites hotel & spa

Everything was perfect. Good food. Healthy and clean water. I would like to come back again for sure. Hot cook Mustafa Kaya cooked great Omelette for my family. He is so helpful and very delicious food. Also Night waiter has been shown great service and best hospitality. Thank you very much. Sanitas team. Keep your best hospitality.

The food was abominable and the outside looked like it was falling apart, the room was mediocre and had obvious damages, the entire place needed well deserved care which it obviously hasn't recieved in years. The service was great though and the entertainment was fine, tea tasted good and I still enjoyed my time.

old and broken furniture, super uncomfortable bed, small room, AC not working, Hair Dryer not working, Shower not fully functioning. They Claimed to be a 5 stars hotel. while they only provide amenities just so that they can mention it. but the quality was very poor. Location wise, it's far away from the big city. Save yourself because it's not worth it.

This is the worst hotel I ever stay. Firstly, there was no towel in the room. We have to request the towel few times before they sent the towel to our room. There is no fridge and kettle in the room and only a small tv. The mattress is hard with dirty bedsheet. The house keeping worker entered our room despite we've swithed on the do not disturb sign. They collected the used towel but didn't replace with new one. The bathroom was not clean with some stain marks on the toilet bowl and tub. We had difficulties to complain as the receiptionist was not able to understand English and she was not helpful as well. The most disturbing part in the wifi is only accessible at lobby area only. No wifi in the room!! Overall we are not satisfied with our stay and wonder how this hotel could be rated as a 5-star hotel.

The room i stayed was a 4 single bedded and was separated with a door. In the other room, the light was not functioning and bathroom was very dirty with many stains in the bathtub. By the way, the door was not able to close bcuz one of the bed was blocking the door. ? Who design the hotel?? The door handle also very loose. I found the staff in the kitchen were very rude as well..as if there were no people in front of them asking for assistance. I have stayed there for 2 nights and they only gave us one bottle of water.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days (30 September and first of October).. it was really an amazing stay.. the family room was very tidy, the facilities were good, the food were very tasty, the staff were friendly. And many thanks for Mr Akif , the manager, for his friendly behaviour, he assisted us in nearly every thing we asked for. To sum it up it is a recommend hotel.

The baddest hotel in the world, nothing is in order, no oxygen. And in our luck it rained while we wanted to have a breath out. And I didn’t like the way, ITS JUST SO BAD! The rooms was so dirty, many kids was sick cause of the pool, the added alots of the thing that they put in water. And everything is old.

There is no room service. The infrastructure is old and need a lot of maintenance. However the food is good. The rooms are big and has a good views to the outside. The hot water is very wonderful.
