★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaz aylarında bu otele giden arkadaşlarımın tavsiyesi üzerine,
31 Aralık 2021-02 Ocak 2022 tarihleri arasında ailemle 2 gece 3 gündüz konakladık. Olumsuz yorumları okuyup gidince, açıkcası tereddütlerim vardı. Ancak 3 günün sonunda şunu gördüm; bazı yorumlar çok acımasızsa yapılmış. Otel o kadar tercih edilmiş ki, çocuklara ayrı, eşimle kendime ayrı oda tutmak zorunda kaldım, çünkü aile odası kalmamıştı. Eğitimli ve profesyonel bir ekip tarafından işletilen, yılbaşı olmasına rağmen fiyatı diğer termal bölgelere göre oldukça uygun, her türlü hizmetin 10 numara verildiği bir mekan. Olumsuz yorum yapmak, çok büyük haksızlık olur bence. Yılbaşı eğlencesi mükemmeldi. Havuzları, kahvaltı-yemek hizmetleri kusursuzdu. Bu gibi elit mekanlara giden insanların, daha duyarlı olmaları gerektiğini düşünüyorum. İnsanların kendi olumsuzluklarını örterek, firmalara yüklendiğini görmek asıl üzücü olan konu bence. Beş yıldızlı bir otele göre, ekstra ücret ödeyerek alınan hizmetlerde de fiyatlar oldukça cazipti. Yani; bone almadan gitmiş iseniz, ödeyeceğiniz ücret sadece 5 TL. Küçük bir temenni belirtmek isterim; şirketin konsepti gereği otele girişler biraz geç saatlere planlanmış. Uzun yollardan gelip, sabahın erken saatlerinde giriş yapmak zorunda kalan müşterilere, ufak çaplı ücretsiz bir kahvaltı planlanması, müşteri memnuniyetini artıracaktır. Emeği geçen tüm ARMAS çalışanlarına teşekkür ediyorum. En kısa zamanda yine görüşmek üzere.
 On the recommendation of my friends who go to this hotel in the summer,
We stayed with my family for 2 nights and 3 days between 31 December 2021-02 January 2022. When I read the negative reviews and left, I honestly had my doubts. However, at the end of 3 days, I saw this; some comments were made very cruel. The hotel was so preferred that I had to book a separate room for the children and a separate room for my wife and myself, because there was no family room left. It is a place run by a trained and professional team, the price is quite affordable compared to other thermal regions even though it is New Year's Eve, and all kinds of services are given at number 10. I think it would be very unfair to make a negative comment. Christmas entertainment was excellent. Pools, breakfast-food services were perfect. I think that people who go to such elite places should be more sensitive. I think it's really sad to see people cover up their own negativities and burden companies. Compared to a five-star hotel, the prices for the services received by paying an extra fee were also very attractive. Well; If you went without a cap, the fee you will pay is only 5 TL. I would like to express a small wish; According to the company's concept, the entrances to the hotel are planned for a little late. Planning a small free breakfast for customers who come from long distances and have to check in early in the morning will increase customer satisfaction. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are decent. Bad attitude of workers in pool and spa, complete ignorance and bad organization. Food is useless, prefer bad&breakfast and enjoy dinner outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for two nights with the group from indonesia.
It's a huge hotel in the middle of no where. Serene and peacefull but far from the main attractions of Cappadocia (more over 1,5 hours drive). Its spa, thermal pool, swimming pool, gym, steam bath, sauna and all those spa facilities are suitable for those who want to have relaxation and have plenty of time. But not for tourist who have tight schedule and limited time, like me. But I enjoyes those facilites tho.
There're complementary bottle water in the room, there's kettle. Room is spacious but the bathroom ceiling, on one of its corner is torn out, worn out, filthy and need a mantainance.
Free wifi. Wifi is fast in the lobby but not in the room. I barely got connection in the room. Restaurant is huge and clean. Dinner and breakfast have plenty of options.
The funny thing is that this hotel always plays English songs from country music to pop music from the era 70's to 90's aired all over the hotel but unfortunately almost all staffs don't speak English. I found only one person who really speaks English. We'd better bring along our handphone and use google translate of any other apps yo communicate with the staffs. Luckily, there's always Indonesian (Balinese) staff in the spa in almost every hotel in Turkey. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good! Hotel is huge but bad service and bad cuisine! Hygiene not good. Personnel en manager unfriendly. Swimming poool dirty. Sauna en other accommodations are also bad. Drinks are very expensive. Eat all you can but only water are allowed to drink. Never again! Not even 1 star worth
