★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yıllardir giderim bulvar AVM deki Özsüt e Başka kafelerde görmediğim ilgi alaka hoş görü güler yüz hepsi burada ve çalışanlarindan müdürüne kadar hepsi öz veri ile çalışıyorlar.
Ne zaman gitsem ailem le , arkadaşlarımla güler yüz ve ne zaket hiç eksik olmuyor.

 I have been going to Özsüt in the boulevard AVM for years. I have not seen in other cafes, the interest, the tolerance, the smiling face, they are all here, and they all work with dedication, from the employees to the manager.
Whenever I go with my family and friends, smiling faces and kindness are never missing.
Thank you BULVAR AVM ÖZSÜT. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Özsütte sıkıntı şu çayların tazeliğine vakmadan veriliyor, garsonları müşterilerden ziyade havaya bakıyor. Güleryüzlüler fakat müşteriyle genel göz temasları iyi olmalı yılların markasında çalıştıklarının farkında olmalılar
The problem in Özsüt is that the freshness of these teas is given before it is dried, the waiters look at the air rather than the customers. They are friendly, but they should have good general eye contact with the customer, they should be aware that they have been working for the brand for years

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açık alan olması,servis güzel ama hijyen daha iyi olmalı(oturduğumuz masa silinmedi ve sandalye yastığında kuş kakası vardı. Ters çevirip oturdum)
Open space, service is good but hygiene should be better (the table we sat on was not wiped and there was bird poop on the chair cushion. I sat upside down)
