А я приехал в этот отель на неделю, директор отеля очень дружелюбный человек он очень помог мне и то что я плохо знаю турецкий никак не сказалось на наши взаимопонимание. В отеле чисто, есть холодильник ,посудомоечная машина,телевизор,кондиционер микроволновка. Отель находится у моря очень близко к центру всегда можно погулять и подышать свежим воздухом очень много разных заведений которые можно хорошо провести время недалеко от магазина. Я очень рад потому что я пробыл там всё это время. Если кто думает взять комнату в отеле можете не боясь брать очень хорошие цены хорошее место.

The best place and the best management

I came to Samsun for bussiness from England, London. I was worrying about where I will stay. Because I should stay for a long period of time but most of the hotels are available for only a few days. I found güzelyalievleri by the web. Surprisingly, the price was so affordable. Staff was so friendly, rooms were too clean and i felt like i am in my home. Thanks to its location, i had lota of chance to go to many cafes, restaurants which are so good.In my spare time i went to swimming to the sea. The residence is nearby the sea. In conclusion, if i come to samsun again in future, i will definitely stay there again. I would definitely advise you.

I had a good stay at this hotel. It’s very close to the black sea, I used to take my son to play there everyday. There is a good range of restaurants downstairs. The manager is a very nice guy, he helped us alot during our stay.

We stayed at excellent apartment for a fair price. Shared kitchen and dinning room, two floor flat with a bathroom at each floor are a quite comfortable living place. Open air balcony offers you a beautiful panorama at the sea shore which, by the way, is in 50 meters reach from the residence entrance. Friendly and responsive head administrator will make your vacation there as easy as possible. Güzel Yalı Evleri is definitely a right choice to spend your holiday with.

We booked our stay here as a pit stop during our cross country move. Aydogan bey was incredibly helpful and flexible during the planning process and our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had everything we could possibly need. A quick walk to beautiful Atakum beach meant that we could wear out the kiddos before the next day of driving. And it was close to lots of different dining options - which meant we could relax and not have to get back in the car! We will definitely be back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment however was not properly cleaned, especially the bathroom. The interior furniture was worn down already. As I stayed only for a short night, it was ok. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants and cafes around and direct access to the beach
