Good friendly and helpful service. But LG spare part is too expensive. The stars above were given to the staff and service's own goodwill.

They have a situation such as not opening the phones. If you call a hundred times, they don't open in ninety-nine. You will go to the necessary places for information. They do not return you for informational purposes without you asking. They are zero in customer relations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tamir ettikleri ürüne 6 ay garanti veriyorlar ve o ürün 7-8 ay sonra tekrar bozuluyor, genel merkeze şikayet ederseniz gelip garanti kapsamında tamir ediyorlar fakat 4-5 ay sonra yine bozuluyor yaptıkları şey. Eğlenceli yer :D
They give a 6-month warranty for the product they repair and that product breaks down again after 7-8 months. If you complain to the headquarters, they come and fix it under warranty, but it breaks down again after 4-5 months. Fun place :D
