I have a laptop from the Casper Excalibur series. Until now, I sent it to the service many times with complaints of overheating and fps drops. Every time it came from the service, the heating and fps drop continued. I brought it here when the warranty expired and I've been playing games for days nonstop, I've been using heavy programs, my computer is not even warm, it's really better quality and faster than Casper service
