receptionist friend very sweet. In the center of the city, when you do price performance analysis, it makes sense to stay here.

I haven't try any other hotel in erzurum, there wouldn't be anything more that I may need from s hotel, Five ??? 1- friendly staff, and can communicate in English very well 2- cleaniness in everywhere, room, shower, Resturant and . . . 3- well designed. Mr. Hakim thanks for your warm welcome and all our full energy communication.

The best parts about this hotel are its location in Erzurum and a few members of the staff that are excellent. Hakan did a very good job! Everything else is a bit below Turkeys standards. Many of the items in the room were broken or not functioning at all. There was no hot water or A.C and overall the hotel isn't cleaned very well. I'd recommend this hotel for a quick night or two if you want to be in the center of Erzurum.

I'm giving 1 star for the location only, doesn't worth the high prices online, the bathroom smelled really bad we had to close it's door, the shower was very slow, the rooms are small and you can hear sounds from diffrent rooms, the sheets seemed clean and comfortable but the pillow was so hard that made my night the worst ever, the breakfast is poor some vegies didn't look clean. I don't recommend staying at this hotel unless if you are there for one night and you don't mind for what I mentioned.

Please avoid whenever possible. Absolutely inadequate staff (perhaps drugs?), who frightened us with wild behavior at the reception. We had to cancel our stay and make a hasty escape. Update: I am writing this review under a false name, because of really scary experience. Incident took place during winter 2021-2022.

OMG,,, I left a wrong comment for you...sorryyyy , it was for a hotel that we canceled before ... I apologize .. it was wrong because of the similarity of the name ... I quickly deleted my review .. so ... Your hotel is very clean and pleasant and my family and friends and I have stayed twice. Once 4 years ago and once this year. Your hotel is small with a warm environment. The lady who welcomed us for breakfast was very kind and her beautiful motherly Turkish words made the pleasure of staying there more beautiful for us. Unlike all the hotels I visited in Turkey, Staff was fluent in English and kindly told us all about the city and its sights. They treated me with respect and kindness and explained everything. The hotel is in a very good location, you can walk to all the restaurants, shops and passages. Although we had a car and they provided us with parking, it was not needed at all during our stay. thnaks alot

Nice hotel . Good value for money . clean and tidy, good breakfast , very very friendly and welcoming staff . Location is just perfect , you can reach all what you need in Erzurum city by walk , not far from pelandokin ski area . just few minutes by taxi. Next time I will stay here again
