★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benim için en önemli şey rahat ve kendimi güvenli hissedebilmem, bunu bu işletmede gördüm. Müşterilerin haklarini sonuna kadar savunuyorlar,5 yıldızlı otellerle karıştırmayın bazen çok para verip karşılığını alamadığmz zamanlar da oluyor. Tavsiye ediyorum evet.
 The most important thing for me is to feel comfortable and safe, I saw this in this establishment. They defend the rights of their customers to the end, do not confuse them with 5-star hotels, sometimes there are times when you pay a lot of money and do not get what you pay for. I recommend yes.

Günü Rezillik çıkmış kız saat 2 gibi Erzurum’a da hiç bi yer bilmez bu apart denen yerden çıkmak zorunda kalmış. Trabzon da bu yaptığınızı yapmış olsaydınız Trabzon insanı tarafından linç yerdiniz Allah korkusu olsun içinizde
I am writing from Trabzon, I went and did not see what a place it is, but the door of my sister whom I love like my sister was knocked many times during the day, the girl who turned out to be disgraced on the 2nd day, had to leave this apartment called Erzurum, who knows no place at all. If you had done what you did in Trabzon, you would have been lynched by the people of Trabzon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Artısı ve eksisi olan bir apart. Çalışanlar iyi ve yardımcı olan kişilerdi. Apart daire içindeki ışıklar oldukça yetersizdi. Dairede genel olarak TV, yatak ve masa - sandalyeler vardı. Apart konseptindeki bu binanın eski oluşu, oldukça fazla yansıyordu daireye. Daha iyi bir bakım mümkün iken biraz sahipsiz bırakılmış. Balkon, oldukça kirli olmasının yanı sıra, aydınlığın daireye zor girebileceği kadar binalara yakın ve boğucu görünüyordu.
Sıcak suyla ilgili problem yoktu. Işletmenin konumu, gezilecek yerlere uzak olmayan iyi bir yerde. Etrafta zincir marketlerin çoğu bulunuyor. Fiyat olarak konaklanabilecek diğer mekanların altında olsa da buraya göre olabilecek normal bir fiyat. Kalabileceğiniz başka alternatif yoksa kısa süreli kalınabilecek bir yer.
An apartment with pluses and minuses. Staff were nice and helpful. The lights in the apartment were quite poor. The flat had a TV, bed and table-chairs in general. The oldness of this building in the apartment concept was reflected in the apartment quite a lot. A bit derelict while better maintenance was possible. The balcony, besides being quite dirty, looked so close to the buildings and suffocating that light could hardly enter the apartment.
There was no problem with hot water. The location of the business is in a good place, not far from attractions. There are many chain stores around. Although the price is below the other places to stay, it is a normal price for this place. If there is no other alternative to stay, it is a place to stay for a short time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erzurumda gelip kalabileceginiz nezih bir yer. Terastaki cafeyi ve yemekleri şehir manzarasıyla görmenizi tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı kendilerine teşekkür ederim.
It is a decent place where you can come and stay in Erzurum. I recommend you to see the cafe and food on the terrace with a view of the city. I would also like to thank them for their interest and involvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kız arkadaşımla doğu expresi yapacağız ve 1 gün tek Erzurum da kalacaz. Otel bu tür durumlar için belge falan istiyor mu evlilik cüzdanı gibi. Rezerve edeceğiz çünkü. Geldikten sonra sorun olmasını istemeyiz.
We will make an east express with my girlfriend and we will stay in Erzurum alone for 1 day. Does the hotel ask for documents or something like a marriage certificate for such cases? Because we will reserve. We don't want any problems after we arrive.
