Kimisi hafta sonunu bir kiraz ağacının altında geçirmek için kimisi kuşların eşlik ettiği masalarda bir araya gelmek için kimisi de yalnızca hal hatır sormak için gelir Çalgan’a… Geçmişten bugüne bahçelerimizde koşan kaç çocuğu büyüttük, kaç nesli ağırladık, kaç vefayı yanımıza aldık bilinmez ama birlikte geçirdiğimiz anlar asla değişmez. Bizim için yemek keyif işidir, emek işidir, sabır işidir… Bizim için mutfaktan masaya gelen her lezzet onu bekleyen büyülü bir atmosferde eşlik etmelidir sohbetlere. Bir araya gelinen anlara şahitlik etmelidir doğa; yalnızca mutfağıyla değil taşıyla, toprağıyla, havasıyla, suyuyla bir nefeslik huzur vermelidir insana…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quiet place, good facility for families with kids. Not a big variety of desserts, only traditional Turkish sweets plus ice-cream (which they run out of).
They serve branches with Black sea region dishes, such as muhlama (54 TL per person on the weekend).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is very good. So is the service. But what's good about this place stop there. Ambiance is not what I call warm. But the temperature in the main dining hall of the restaurant is and sickeningly so.
Unless you are the friends or hard core fans of the live performers, I don't know what to do about them. What they are doing can easily be called wailing. And the songs they sing and play, are mostly from the black sea region of Turkiye, but their rendition of the songs, leave a lot to be desired. So, I suggest going to this place during weekdays, when the are no live performances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was really terrible, especially the food was very bad and of poor quality. Their food made me sick. Another interesting point was the payment for tea after the meal, despite the expensive food.
Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum paranıza yazık yemekleri çok kötü. Zehirlendim bile.
