Not all employees wear masks. There is no disinfectant on every table. They are very slow, even the account comes in 2 hours. The roll is not good. The treats, supposedly an aspava classic, are mediocre. It made me think if the tea was boiled.

We made the mistake of going last Sunday afternoon. We gave our order to an extremely disinterested waiter. Our cold water "please" arrived despite reminding us twice. Also, it wasn't crowded. Empty plates were not picked up from the table. Dessert service was forcefully left on the table. We wanted to make our account with Sodexo, which was announced to be accepted with a large sticker at the entrance door, but the sullen, unhappy waiter said the system was not working. When we said that payment can be made even from the mobile phone application, he said that he did not have authorization, that he called his boss from home, but could not reach him, and similar things. When we told him that we did not have any other payment method while conveying these details that do not concern us as a customer, he closed the ticket container very aggressively and said "I will pay for you" and turned away quickly. The result: we paid our bill with our credit card and left but had stomach ache for the next two days and nights. Unfortunately, the health problem we experienced has overtaken the rude service and attitude. First of all, we will never recommend it in terms of health and we will not go again. I think that customers with positive comments do not get real "Aspava" service and do not taste the flavor. In another Aspava, 500 meters away (Emek 8th Street), where there is always a stampede at the door and where we wait for an empty table for minutes to get in, we have not seen any flaws in service quality, taste or respect for a single day. I am compelled to give one star here. I hope the business will take these comments seriously and improve.
