They said 5 years warranty to the sofa set, the seams burst, we reported it. 10 days passed, no incoming or outgoing callers asked, I went four times, I reported it, they do nothing but licking, I regret it, it's haram.

Hic memnun kalmadim MAGAZADAN para veriyoruz yani alirken ne olursa olsun arayin hallederiz diyip insanlari magdur edemezsiniz.
We bought a seat 2 months ago, when we opened it, there was a factory defect. After 1 month, new ones came and changed, then we did not sit on the seat because only 2 of the 4 screws were attached due to the wrong assembly of the leg of 1 berjell. another store they did it took 5 minutes we waited 25 days for 5 minutes. I'm not satisfied at all. We give money from the STORE, so you can't make people aggrieved by saying call and we'll take care of it no matter what.
