About RR Cafe & Roastery
Aynı yıl ‘Kendi mutfağımıza almayacağımız hiçbir malzemeyi “Ror Mutfak” a da almayacağız’ mottosuyla özenle seçilmiş malzemelerden katkısız, reçetesi bize ait, tatlı ve tuzlu ürünlerimizi üretmek için “Ror Mutfak” ı faaliyete geçirdik.
Zamanla sizlerin talepleri doğrultusunda güncellenen menümüzde bize özel soğuk ve sıcak içeceklere yer verdik. Sürekli kendini yenilemeye ve geliştirmeye açık anlayışımızla bu yolda sizlerle birlikte yürümeye devam ediyoruz.
Peki Biz Kimiz?
Ortaklarından Alper LARÇIN uzun yıllar boyunca kahve sektörünün içinde bulunmuş ve edindiği tecrübelerle kendi yolunda ilerlemeye karar vermiştir. SCAE sertifika programlarına katılıp Barista Foundation, İntermediate ve Professionel lisanslarını tamamlamıştır. Baristalığın yanı sıra Roasting eğitimlerine de katılarak Foundation ve İntermediate sertifika programlarını da başarıyla tamamlamıştır. Halen Ror Cafe Roastery’nin kavurucusudur. Ziyaattin Fatih YÜCEL Ror Cafe Roastery’nin finansal kısmının yönetimiyle ilgilenmektedir. Kurtuluş SİNAN ise Ror Cafe Roastery’e Ocak 2020 tarihinde Yönetici Ortak olarak katılmıştır. 2022 yılına geldiğimizde ise üç mağaza ve bir imalathane olmak üzere sizlere dört lokasyonda hizmet vermeye devam etmekteyiz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite coffee shop in Ankara. As a traveler I go to many places for coffee around the world. I came back to this place 3 times during my stay because it is the best coffee, staff and atmosphere. The shop is cute and has a good selection of coffee, espresso 6tl, cappuccino 11tl. The barista said their best is their flat white for 13tl, but she helped me pick an Ethiopian special bean and made in Chemex 13 tl (very good suggestion). There were a variety of people hanging out, but mostly 20s-50s. I would definitely come back for the coffee, people watching, and laptop friendly work environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love San Sabastian cheesecake then you must come here. The most beautiful, the most cremiest cheesecake. The customer service, their coffees and cakes are amazing 10/10 stars. The atmosphere is so calm and beautiful. I always come back to this place and bring everyone I know. Definitely its worth to come here.
