Firma sahibi Tuncer Erdoğan Bey bizi kırmayıp tüm ekibiyle İzmir'e gelip en güzel günümüzü istediğimiz herseyini eksiksiz olarak çektiler. Çok memnun kaldık. Film tadında bir hikayemiz oldu. Herkese Tekrar çok teşekkür ediyoruz :)
 We wanted to work with the Royal Agency team at our wedding in Izmir in 2019. Tuncer Erdogan, the owner of the company, did not break us and came to Izmir with his entire team and took everything we want our best day. We are very satisfied. We had a movie-like story. Thanks again to everyone :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kınamızı kızılay iş merkezinin ordaki salonda yapmıştık. Orayı seçmemizin sebebi ise kuzenimiz orada nişan yaptı ve fotoğraf kameraman arkadaşlar çok ilgilenmişti ve çokta profosyoneldiler kuzenimiz ile atatürk caddesindeki yerde ilgilendiler. Bizim kınamızda ise farklı bi ekip vardı esgazın oraya çağırdılar gittik fotoğraf seçimi yaptık hazır olunca arayacağız denildi aramadılar bile 4 aydır bekliyoruz keşke bizimlede o dükkandaki arkadaşlar ilgilenseydi.
We made our henna in the lounge in the Kızlay business center. The reason we chose it was that our cousin was engaged there and the photo cameraman friends were very interested and they were professionally interested in our cousin at the place in Ataturk street. In our henna, there was a different team called esgaz, we went there, we made a selection of photos, we were going to call when they were ready, they did not even call, they were waiting for 4 months.

Tuncer Bey, Faran Bey, Volkan Bey, Emir Bey, Samet Bey, ve aklıma gelmeyen tüm ekip çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim. Romantik nişan çekimlerim, düğün günü unutamayacağım eğlenceli bir hikaye çekimi, dış çekim ve save the date çekimlerimi gerçekleştirdiler.Sayelerinde binlerce fotoğrafımız oldu. Ayrıca düğün günü ve dış çekimde de arkadaşlarımızı, yegenlerimizi de severek ve isteyerek fotoğraflarını çeken, (Bizim dışımızdaki herkesi de memnun eden :) )ailemizden biri gibi davranarak eğlendiren, en güzel günlerimizi ölümsüzleştiren Royal Ajans ekibine sonsuz teşekkürler!
We preferred the Royal Agency for our engagement in 2019 and our Wedding Story in July and our Outdoor Shooting photos. I preferred it with the suggestion of my friends, fortunately I preferred it! I would like to thank Tuncer Bey, Faran Bey, Volkan Bey, Emir Bey, Samet Bey, and all the team employees that I could not think of. They made my romantic engagement shots, a fun story shoot that I will never forget on the wedding day, outside shots and save the date shots. Also, thanks to the Royal Agency team, who took photos of our friends and brothers, on their wedding day and outside, by lovingly and willingly, acting as one of our family (which pleases everyone outside of us :)) and immortalizing our best days!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Düğünümüzün fotoğraflarını çektiler ancak videoda kesintiler, aynı kısımların tekrar oynaması, fotoğrafların bulanık olması büyük sorunlardı. Ayrıca fotoğrafları sadece flaşla almak için 800 lira para istediler. Gereksiz pahalı ve özensiz yapılan işler...
They took photos of our wedding, but cuts in the video, replaying of the same parts, blurry photos were big problems. They also asked for 800 liras to take the photos only with the flash. Unnecessarily expensive and careless work...

The shooting setup, the interest of the shooter, the shooting environment were unique. Pricing was also excellent. My advice to everyone is to have your wedding photos taken by this team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fena değil. Fotoğraf teslimat süresi çok uzun. Fotoğrafları seçmek ve teslim alabilmek için bir türlü randevu alamıyorsunuz!!! Haziran ayında çekilen fotoğraflarımızı Ekim ayında alabildik. Tercih sizin :) . Cevap olarak 45 gün teslimat süresinden bahsetmişsiniz. Biz neredeyse 45 gün sizden fotoğraflarımızı gelip seçebilmek için randevu alabilmek için uğraştık. Yani demem o ki, ben prosedürü biliyorum. Keşke siz de bilseniz ve sadık kalabilseniz. Eleştiriye açık olmasınız ?
Not bad. Photo delivery time is too long. You cannot make an appointment to select and receive the photos!!! We were able to take our photos taken in June in October. The choice is yours :) . You mentioned 45 days delivery time as an answer. We spent almost 45 days trying to get an appointment to come and choose our photos from you. So what I'm saying is, I know the procedure. I wish you knew too and could stay faithful. Don't be open to criticism ?
