★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you happen to be in Eskisehir and hungry go to this joint and have "Damar". You have to be a little adventurous with food but if you are this is one of the few places to have this dish from. It's made from Tripe with garlic, vinegar and butter. Trust thee!!
