Richmond Pamukkale Thermal Resort

Clean, room was nice with a balcony and bed was comfortable. Pool was large and clean and there were nice robes. Thermal pool was plenty hot. We enjoyed the pool bar. The food, however, was horrible! The meat was burned and the pasta noodles mush. Go out for dinner!

Nice and clean. Thermal pool was relaxing. Personnel at the bar not very attentive if you sit at table.

Me and my husband decide to make a thermal Experience in Pamukkale. We have a Yorkshire terrier and it was great to hear that it was allowed to take him with us.Hotel was overbooked.the pool was extremely full start it was allowed to take your mobile phone into the thermal zone. It was allowed to drink and eat in the pool thought everywhere was plastic water and glases. Nodisrance no where.People reserved with their towels whole lounge chair. The only thing it is great to walking distance to see Pamukkale thermal bads. After the second day we broke up and check out.

Such a lovely hotel. It is very closed to Pamukkale by car. It has a very nice spa. Excellent customer service and great staff. Thank you all very much.

Amazing hotel ve comfortable and clean lovely thermal pools always clean towels and bath robes.lovely food restaurants live music game rooms. The staff is amazing so helpful and polite strongly recommend this hotel.

Very poor experience. The first thing is they should learn to speak English at least. No one can speak English including the manager. If you’re trying to ask something each time you need to use google translate. Second thing the food is pathetic. Everything is cold and bland. It was this bad that we had to look out for options outside hotel. Warm appetisers are not even warm. Third is the absence of elevator. Imagine each time we had to walk from dining area to corner suite. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Total waste of money. It’s basically a 2/3star hotel.

Don’t do a mistake as like me to stay this creepy hotel to stay you can get a smaller hotel way cheaper price I pay $150 a night and I got 1 start hotel comfort. this hotel, not 5 star at all they give jail food they are charging hot and cold drinks on breakfast and diner food was discussed after the first day I decide to do breakfast outside I did in Cadde grills and dinner I did from local Restaurant or street food. Rooms are so old and dirty, pillows so tiny has been used years and years to old pool smell really bad only 1 indoor pool they have I stayed many thermal hotels all of them have more pool option and more thermal relaxing option but this one only has 1 indoor pool and that was smell really bad.

Very nice ambiance, check in was quite smooth. Rooms were assign to us according to our requirement. Quite impress by room size. Room was very clean. Staff was extra helpful. Only issue we face that most of the staff didn’t know English but they tried there level best to help us. Very little option for main course of breakfast and dinner. Overall nice & comfortable stay.
