Temizlik iyi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Odalar normal genişlikte. Banyo bazı odalar dar, bazıları geniş. Bakıp öyle tutunuz. Biz yemek yapmadık ama tenceresi çatalı kaşığı vardı. Yataklar rahat. Kanepeler ve kapılar eski. Fiyat performans açısından gayet makul.

Great location and value for money! We’ve stayed in a cosy one bedroom apartment with an open plan kitchen and a lovely balcony. The hotel employees were very kind and spoke good English, something you very rarely come across in Alanya. They offered us help moving our luggage in and out which was quite handy because the elevators in the buildings in the old part of town are rather small. They provided us with everything we needed to ensure we have a comfortable stay and even offered us to use their washing machine for free instead of dropping our clothes off at some laundry service far away. The only downside I can think of is that there was no AC in the living room but then again it was not very hot at night, and you'll be fine if you leave either the balcony or bedroom door open for the night. The hotel sits across the beach and is in a very popular, charming and pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood within a walking-distance from all major tourist attractions. Unlike other hotels we’ve stayed in Alanya, you wouldn’t have to go underground to cross the street and get to the beach and there are also no mosquitos in that part of town. We spent some quality family time in there. Someone was carrying some refurbishment works one morning but apart from that it has been a very delightful experience. Totally recommend it!

This place is THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN!! Those people nearly ruined our whole holiday because when we arrived at this place we found an absolutely dirty apartment: there was so much dirt on the floor: after a few steps our feet were completely BLACK!, the plants on the balcony were completely dried, there was mould along the whole fridge and it was smelling disgusting inside so you absolutely don't want to put any food or drinks inside, all the plates and forks and glasses were dirty, there was dirt on the couch (full of food particles), the toilet was smelling like a public restroom there was still dirt in the toilet they didn't even flush it, AND A LOT More!! We took many pictures of this place but unfortunately it's not possible to upload them on Google! Those people Ruine other people's holidays by showing FAKE PICTURES on the internet!!!! we left this place a few hours after our arrival because we didn't even want to spend one night at this disgusting place!!! They also tricked us with the price: while some people just payed a few euros per night they took 40€ from us, per night !!!!! They already booked it from our credit card before our arrival so we lost 200€ because of those people. THOSE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT RUINING OTHER PEOPLE'S HOLIDAYS.

Ok I will start with the good thing's first the owner and the staff are very kind and helpful they try to make your stay pleasant as they could. The location of the apartments is perfect near the beach just cross the street near the market and the restaurant's. The reservation prices are low comparing to ather Now we come to the important things with is the room or the apartment the furniture is very old the kitchen tool's is also not in good condition the bed sheets are not that clean and they don't change it only one time a week the bath room is in bad condition Any how you will get what you pay for it
