★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basta Alanyum olmak üzere etrafında bircok market manav okul saglik ocağı mevcut.Daire planları kullanısli ancak ses yalıtımı malesef iyi degil.Konum itibarıyla özellikle üstkatların manzarası güzel.Komsu universite yerlesimi ile de kapanmaz bir manzaraya sahip.Bahce duzenlemesi güzel.Spor salonu biraz eskimis ama is görür.Tenis kortu ve otopark mevcut.
There are a lot of grocery stores around the area, including Alanium. Health plans are useful but sound insulation is not good. As of the location, the view of the top floors is beautiful. It also has an unobstructed view with the university location. Tennis courts and parking available.

It is very enjoyable to stay. Immaculate pool, an artistic garden .. Thanks to the efforts of Fahri Bey, it became a livable space.
