Ehliyet süremin yetmesine ve diğer şartları sağlamama rağmen, bana vereceği aracı sistem kabul etmiyor diye teslim alamadım. Firma çalışanın "arkadaşı" olduğu başka bir firmaya yönlendirdi ve yaptığım kiralamanın 400tl fazlası bi ücret ödeyerek kiralama yapmak zorunda kaldım. Çok memnuniyetsiz kaldım.
In the rental I made from Kayseri airport, the car that was reserved for me was given to another customer. Even though I had enough driving license and met the other conditions, I could not receive the vehicle he gave me because the system did not accept it. The company directed me to another company where the employee was a "friend" and I had to pay a fee of 400 TL more than the rental I made. I was very dissatisfied.

Also the contact number we got was not picking up, thanks Google we could find the right one after waiting 40 min to return the car, even though a returning time was arranged.
