Worst of worst service from kayseri airport budget. Our car broke down and started smoking in the middle of nowhere. It took 3 hours to get a tow, frustrating lack of help from budget, then budget suggested we get a bus as they couldnt give us a car. Worst service of all they STILL wont give us our money back when they ruined a solid week of our holiday, as we were carless in a foreign country. NEVER USE BUDGET!! Avis saved us go with them instead.

New car, no nonsense collection and delivery procedure (pre-booked). Difficult to find pickup counter/agent on arrival (behind no entry ⛔️ doors in International arrival hall - I arrived on a local flight ?) Not well marked where to return the vehicle (in basement parking but not marked until in basement) and find a Budget agent on return (you have to call Budget).

Beware of them. They cheat and lie and budget customer service is not helpful with them. @BudgetTurkey, aren't you frightened by the numer of negative comments on this agency ??

Absolutely the worst experience! You can’t pick up the car and you can’t return it because the people never stay at their booth! Even to find the Budget booth takes 40min because they are located inside the international arrival terminal to which you don’t have access coming from a domestic flight. The guy gives you a phone number to call when you are supposed to return but he never picks up. After spending 30min running up and down stairs without being able to access their inside booth, I️ just left the keys with another rent a car representative.

Worst experience ever! If I could give them 0 stars I would. First, their location: Budget counter is situated behind a security station that denies entry, which means that you never ever go to Budget counter; the security guard has to call them for you and you sign papers etc awkwardly outside. Second, the counter was never manned, so you always have to sit and wait. The security is barely any help as they ask you to call the person at the counter when you don't even know their number. Third, they gave us a half tank of petrol and said fill it to half when returning - so we had to guess fuel capacity. Lastly, when returning the car, there was nobody to receive it. After waiting for half an hour and at risk of missing our flight, we ultimately tried leaving the car key with the same security station instead of Budget personnel. Security did not want to accept the key, so we had to just leave it and rush on to our boarding gate.

Worst service imaginable. They meet you outside the international security gate. You can’t access their counter. No maps, no help (smart arse) you are on your own! We arrived back early 4 days later. The international terminal was closed. After 4 phone calls by security and 2 other rental car agencies the Budget guy just didn’t turn up to collect the key. Despite ‘there in 5 minutes’ each time, we waited over an hour then had to catch our flight. Budget should be ashamed of such terrible service. Take plenty of photos of the car before you leave it. It was obviously a regular occurrence.

the service of Budget Turkey really sucks. After I returned the car in April, this company keeps sending unknown charge on my credit cards without my permission. When I send email to them, they cannot explain clearly what these payments are. I wish there will not be next victim to this car-rental company. It really sucks. SINCERE ADVICE: AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If you expect to get the receipt and your security deposit back upon returning the car, that is not going to happen. So safe your time/money and rent a car from somewhere else. Otherwise there is no way you can get your money back other than disputing the charge with credit card company. By the way it is almost impossible to communicate with Budget Kayseri representatives (neither by phone nor by email). They just ignore you or pretend they do not understand English.
