For the first time, I received attention and full information from a service center, I was very satisfied, I will even give a name, I was taking it to Güven Altan Maltepe authorized service before, when I called for the maintenance of my vehicle, they did not return to me, although I talked 3 times and asked for the price. When I searched on the internet, I discovered Bayrak Oto and staff friends, Mr. Serdar, were very helpful. It shows how much they value their customers in hospitality. You can deliver your car without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020 model sıfır megane aracımda ufak bir sıkıntı vardı. Aracımı sıfır alırken bayiye gitme imkanim olmadigi icin cekiciyle getirttim bayi araci uyku modunda bırakmış. Aracı çalıştırdığım da tesla ekran, sinyal göstergeleri sürüş modları vs. çalışmıyordu. Sadece Bayrak değil Istanbul anadolu yakasında ki bütün renault bayilerini tek tek aradım aracımla gittim hepsi randevusuz bakamayacaklarini randevu almamızı söyledi. Randevuyu da en erken 2 hafta sonraya verdiler. Uzun yola gideceğimi ufak bir işlem olduğunu araca bir bakilsin uzun surerse gene yapilmasin dememe rağmen, yok dediler yüzümüze bile bakmadilar. Gebze renault bayiden birkaç gün sonraya randevu aldım ve aracımin işlemi sadece 5 dk sürdü ve aracım bana teslim edildi. Ama bu 5 dk lik işlem için günlerce bekledim.
There was a small problem in my 2020 model new megane vehicle. Since I couldn't go to the dealer when I bought my vehicle new, I had it brought with a tow truck, and the dealer left the vehicle in sleep mode. When I start the vehicle, the tesla screen, signal indicators, driving modes etc. was not working. Not only Bayrak, I called all the Renault dealers on the Anatolian side of Istanbul one by one, I went with my vehicle and they all said that they could not look at it without an appointment. They gave the appointment at least 2 weeks later. They didn't even look at us. I made an appointment with the Gebze renault dealer a few days later and the process of my vehicle took only 5 minutes and my vehicle was delivered to me. But I waited for days for this 5 minute process.

I performed the last periodical maintenance and battery change of my vehicle here. Thanks to Serdal, the service consultant, they were very helpful. From now on, it seems like this will be my choice for Renault.
