Ramada Sakarya Hendek Hotel

Everything was fine, but the Chinese staying at the hotel are very noisy. He is video-talking on the phone at breakfast and the whole hall is listening to him. He's shouting. I've never seen them speak in low voices anyway. They are very disturbing.

The good points of the hotel are its location, very close to the eating places, there is a migros underneath, the rooms are spacious, it is in a beautiful classical ramada. As for the negatives, it was not nice to be charged at the entrance yet, we take the breakfast ourselves, we were not asked if we would buy tea/coffee but there was no one else in the breakfast room, the customer who came after us was asked politely and with a smiling face, I don't understand is there a distinction between customers? Even though I used the hygiene kit for cleaning, a new one was not replaced, the sheets were not changed, only the mattress was collected. Also, for the first time, I saw that only one water was put in a hotel. I hope that they will gain professionalism that will support their physical structure, because the hotel actually has a nice management part, which is mediocre.
