★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu kadar rezalet bir hizmet görmedim. Halı yıkansın diye aradık gelin teslim alın diye ve kendileri almayıp başka bir firma geldi almaya ve beraber çalıştıklarını aöylediler. Halıyı teslim ettik temizlensin diye. Daha sonra halıyı geri getirdiklerinde üzerine kirler çıkmadı diye not koyup göndermişler ve kirleri çıkartamadıkları için birde üzerine normal ücreti aldılar. Daha sonra halıyı başka bir yıkama yerine götürdük ve teslim ettiğimiz halı yıkama fabrikası bize ulaşarak bu halıyı daha önce yıkayan firmanın yani bu yorumu yaptığım firmanın çok kötü yıkadığını resmen çamurlu suyla yıkanmış olabileceğini 5 kere temizlemelerine rağmen hala pis su çıktığını ifade ettiler. Hem yeni halı mahfoldu hemde boşu boşuna para ödedik. Eğer ki halı eski haline gelmezse tüketici hakem heyetine başvurup halının bedelini misliyle geri alacağım. Ve kimseye önermiyorum bu iş yerini.

Both the new carpet was destroyed and we paid money for nothing. If the carpet does not become old, I will apply to the consumer arbitration committee and get the price of the carpet back. And I do not recommend this place to anyone.

^^çok fazla halıları varmış bekletecek yerleri yokmuş yarın getirirlerse extra dağıtım ücreti alırlarmış ^^
defalarca farklı yerlerde halı yıkattım ama teslimatla alakalı böyle bir sorun ilk kez yaşıyorum
eğer sabahtan akşama kadar yani 8 e kadar halıcı bekleyecekseniz yahut extra teslimat ücreti veririm diyorsanız tercih edin firmayı
not : halılarım henüz gelmediği için temizlikle alakalı yorum yapmıyorum
halılarımı teslim aldım ,temiz ve güzel yıkanmış bu konuda bir eleştirim yok

I have washed carpets in different places over and over but this is the first time I have such a delivery problem.
If you are going to wait for a carpet shop until 8 am from the morning to the evening, or if you say you will pay an extra delivery fee, choose the company.
note: I do not comment on cleaning because my carpets have not arrived

Allaha havale ediyorum.
