Anyway, I thought maybe it was the first run, but when the machine opens the simplest program, it starts screaming. When I open Chrome, the temperature values ​​see 60-70 degrees. I requested a refund on December 23, 2021, exactly 5 days later, saying that these values ​​are not normal for a desktop computer. Since there is no problem that will cause an obstacle to the operation of the product, I can exercise my right of withdrawal by law, but when I call the customer service of QP Bilişim, the answer I get from the answering machine says the PERSON YOU CALL IS NOT RIGHT NOW. I sent my return request to their e-mail address, but QP Bilişim is the door wall. One of the companies that cannot be reached after receiving the goods, such as profiteering, although they are legally obliged to respond. Definitely not trustworthy. If they do not respond to my return request, I will complain not only here but from all channels.
